The food here is excellent and fresh. You can tell they throw stuff out when it gets old-don’t see how far they can stretch it till it spoils like other places. Food has pleasant and interesting spice but isn’t really any better than Saldang or 9 & 9 (my other two picks in Pasadena), I just like it here. I like how small it is, the decorations and the staff who are very kind. It is a little expensive.

This place is so good you'll want to go back!!! I feel like this restaurant is tasty. Their fried rice is on point and the flavor is rich ! I ordered the combination friend rice which has beef, shrimp and chicken. The beef and chicken were fresh and juicy. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. It was plump and meaty. It was amazin! I also had some Tom yum shrimpnsoup. I'm a fan of that lemon grass flavor so this soup was yummy . It wasn't spicy so I asked for chilli oil. And then I topped it off with a Thai iced tea and it was refreshing. It has a milky taste to it, Very rich. I'll definitely make this my go to!

We ordered the Thai Red curry and Thai spicy friend rice. Both were so delicious, our plates were squeaky clean. Can’t wait to come back!

Larb Gai, Tom Yum (shrimp), Shrimp egg rolls. Tiny eatery, beautiful presentation, full flavor, eat local & support small businesses.

Amazing food and great location. Easy to walk to and typically has one or two parking spots open close by.

Really very high quality and tasty Thai food. I had the Tom Yum Gum (shrimp) and the chicken Pad-See-Ew. Both were excellent. Coupled with a Singha beer for a great meal. The place is small on seating, so book ahead. I had some issues getting the attention of the wait staff, but they apologised and took care of me afterwards. I will certainly be back. Yum!

THE BEST THAI FOOD I've had in a long time... many years in fact. So much so that I had to write this review after paying, it was that delicious. If you are vegan/vegetarian, please, order the Spicy Eggplant and the Pearl Green Curry (veggie style). The flavors and aromas were perfect. The service was phenomenal. Also, if you need something refreshing and unique, get the Thai Tea Lemonade. A+!

We love it here so much. What a charming, special Thai restaurant. The atmosphere is very quaint, with soft jazz playing in the background.

Outstanding green curry in a very pleasant atmosphere. No wait at 6:30 pm on a Monday. Friendly service that was pretty fast given that there were a lot of people coming in for pickup orders and only a few staff. $20 for the curry, a side of steamed broccoli, and really good Earl grey tea. Highly recommend for great Thai in a relaxing environment.

Chicken satay was amazing. So so flavorful. I've been to many Thai restaurants each time have chicken satay and this was by far the best and most flavorful...peanut sauce was wonderful too

My absolute favorite Thai food! The most delicious food and the quickest, friendliest service. I love every noodle, rice, and curry dish I’ve tried, so much flavor in everything they cook. Every time I bring someone new, they adore Pearl Thai! Truly just an amazing restaurant—can’t recommend it more.

I ordered dinner from here while staying at a nearby hotel. The flat noodles were cooked perfectly! And the flavor was good. I enjoyed the Thai Spicy Noodles so much, that I came back for lunch the next day.

Awesome food. I usually get fried rice and curry. Lots of quantity for a good price. Smoothies are delicious too. Mango is my favorite. Friendly management and staff. They remember their regular customers, even on the phone.

This thai spot is tucked away on a smaller street. The noodle dishes are a good portion and are nicely balanced in flavor and texture. The restaurant is a bit smaller but it feels more intimate and cozy. The thai tea is also a great size for the price you pay.

Felt like I had to write a review as soon as I got home after eating dinner here because I was just that impressed.

Everything from the clean, modern design of the quaint restaurant (I really liked the dusk gray and blue wooden tables and the elegant, glass cups) to the quiet, soothing, and dimly lit ambiance (great for casual date nights) to the professional waitstaff and speedy kitchen to the authentic, fresh, appropriately seasoned, and definitely-worth-it-at-its-price-point food left me feeling quite impressed.

As a family of 4, we ordered the $9.95 Chicken Satay appetizer, which came with 5 large skewers of chicken and delicious peanut dressing on the side. For entrees, we ordered the $9.50 Pearl Yellow Curry, the $12.50 Pineapple Fried Rice, and the $9.50 Pad Thai. This has been my go-to (and somewhat basic) Thai food "trifecta" order, and this was one of the best Thai food trifectas I've ever had. The Chicken Satay was tasty and not too dry, especially after adding the peanut dressing, the Pearl Yellow Curry was rich in flavor, the Pineapple Fried Rice was spot on with a variety of delicious tastes and textures, and the Pad Thai was sweet and savory without being too salty.

I'm NOT saying Pearl Thai Eatery will blow your mind or introduce you to a new level of delicious food that you've never had before. However, I WILL say that Pearl Thai Eatery is one of the best and most affordable Thai food restaurants I've ever been to and I highly recommend checking it out!
