Joe Sr. and Joe Jr. are warm, friendly and the kindest people that add value to the Altadena neighborhood. Joe Sr. is witty and has a great sense of humor. Joe Jr. offers excellent customer service and is super accommodating. Both are such a pleasure to interact with, esp. at a gas station/convenient store.

Our business is in Pasadena but been driving to their location for years just to buy lottery tickets (way before they sold the billionaire ticket at their location). Hands down just genuine, hard working, and a caring family. They have an amazing rapport with each one of their customers that come in and their attentiveness is impressive! Rooting for continued success at your location!

Congratulations to the Owner of Joe's Service Center, and to the very lucky $2B winner. I tried to watch the press conference the lottery had when they handed the owner the check, but you couldn't hear anything. Who knew a service place for cars could indeed also have a lottery machine? I told my husband before the drawing, that it seems like some of the big tickets are purchased not at the QT, Circle K, 7-Eleven, or grocery store, but some other lesser known places, such as a sports bar, etc. And then this! To the winner, I wish you all the best with your future and the winnings. With the money, does come a lot of responsibility, though, and you can do so much good in this world. Please get your entire financial team in place, before doing anything, and take the lump sum payment, you can invest and have an ROI much quicker than annual pay outs. I’ve never heard of a lottery machine sitting inside an auto shop. There’s probably not that much of a difference, bringing my old tired van in for a repair is a gamble within itself.

I tried repairing my engine but their lottery machine fell through the roof and squished my mini cooper sedan while they were replacing its tires and I ended up homeless and alone.
