PRI

PRI is a combo pain clinic and physical therapy department.
I visit both and would rate either department as 5 star businesses.

Staff is friendly, but if you catch some on thier bad days it can be a bad experience. When you schedule an appointment its always a month away. I've arrived 30+ mins early just to be called on time yet they still hve u wait an extra 20 mins before i can see the Dr. Its pretty frustrating when you're in pain too and dont have the Dr. help much withthe problem. I would ask my Dr. To transfer me elsewhere but that takes long as well.

WARNING: If you are searching for a practice that will INCREASE YOUR PAIN, this is the place to be referred to.
1. They very, very rarely answer their phone.
2. Their average return call time is 2 weeks (if they return your call at all).
3. If you are fortunate enough to actually see a doctor, don't expect to see them again because they will probably not stay long.
4. Expect visits with PAs, not MDs.
5. Beware of incompetent staff answering phone.
6. Parking at the Pasadena facility is good. 🙂
