The workers at Hugo's shop helped me with my order, even when I ordered the day before Mother's Day! I'm glad they were able to accommodate me. I would definitely recommend!

Let me start by saying if you are looking for good quality and reasonable prices Hugo’s Flower shop is the place to go. This place is my husband’s go to for flowers for any occasion and I absolutely love them every time doesn’t disappoint.

I wanted to order some flowers for a family member while being 4 states away. Hugo’s was the 1st one that popped up after a web search. After telling Patty what I wanted, she gave me price and sent me a text message of the what the flowers would look like. She was so calm and patient and I knew I wanted to give her my business. I had a short window of time for the delivery as my aunt was leaving her house in an hour and they were a surprise. Patty even went a step further and personally delivered the flowers for me to make sure that they were received before she had to leave. I believe from start to finish it was less than 40 minutes from shop to home on a Saturday Afternoon during a virus outbreak. Hands-down I would recommend all of my flower business to Hugos at any of their three locations in California. Thank you again Miss Patty-you restored my faith in humanity. This place came recommended. The first time I called, I spoke with Jackie and asked if I could send a photo of the arrangement I wanted via Instagram. Since she didn't have immediate access to the account, she gave me her own phone number! I was able to correspond with Jackie and she was able to quote me prices and suggest different styles. I will update this review when I pick-up this weekend. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.

Compassionate & Caring service. I called yesterday from out of State to have flowers delivered to my Best Friend for the loss of her mother. Not only was the arrangement beautiful but the exact colors & sentiment came through in the arrangement. Thank you Hugo's for making her day a little easier.

Looking for good boquetes of flowers, this is the place.

I called 3 Flower Shops in Chino , One said I had to order 45$ or more. The other one was Closed untill November 29th, the third one was not doing any more deliveies untill after November 29th. So I found Hugos , Patty Took Excellent Care of my needs, Very Compassionate, and Professional. The Order will go out Today. I recommend this place with 5 stars.

I've used Hugo's on multiple occasions and have yet to be disappointed. Typically I call in and have them deliver the flowers on my behalf and let them use their best judgement on the arrangement. They have nailed it every time and the quality and size of the arrangement for the price is exceptional. I would never use an online flower store if Hugo's could deliver to the location.
