We had an employee who unfortunately suffered a bad car accident. We sent her flowers and we were notified of the delay in delivery due to her current medical status. They promised us they would call on a daily basis until the flowers were able to be delivered and a week and a half later our employee was finally able to be more stable and the flowers were immediatly delivered. We truly appreciate their effor to ensure the flowers were eventually delivered when appropriate. True ownership and dedicated service!

Very quick and friendly. I placed a last-minute order of flowers for my mom, and the shop still delivered them the same day. They were exactly as pictured online. Very bright and beautiful. Will definitely order from here again.

Recently made an order for Valentines delivery. I was very impressed that I received a call from the shop to confirm delivery & times. I historically go to the florist in person and pick out an arrangement or interact directly with the florist and we build an arrangement together... its fun!

Last week, I needed to send an arrangement for a special occasion, and could not physically go into the shop.

I did my Google search for the area I wanted to send flowers to, called a few places and decided that Erleene’s Florist was for sure my spot!

So crazy… it's like they read my mind, as if we were together there in person smelling the wonderful fragrances and being surrounded by so much beauty.

They really knew what I wanted and curated an arrangement with such care. The creativity of the arrangement was so spectacular and the service I received was above and beyond.

I know they took what was a special day for me and embodied everything I wanted and made it happen. Pretty cool to be able to trust someone with your vision on occasions which are so dear to us.

Erleene, thank you again for the amazing experience. The arrangement you created was received with much joy… like toms of beautiful happy tears! So Cool.

I needed some centerpieces for my mom's 80th birthday party in June. After calling several places and getting voice-mails I came across Erleens florist and I am so happy I did!! She was professional and listebed to my request. when I told her what I wanted she said I can do that!! And it turned out so beautiful. Her prices are reasonable product was high quality and great service.

I ordered out of state and on-line the morning of the day I wished for them to be delivered. they arrived at their destination in very good time. I had special instructions for the arrangement which they had no problem fulfilling. My mother in law adored them! This shop also has very reasonable pricing. Will definitely be a future customer.

I ordered online the night before a loved ones funeral and the next morning I received a call letting me know that they were out of the flower I ordered, but that they would replace them with something else or give me a refund. I opted to let them replace my order with a spay of their choosing. I was pleased when I saw what they had sent -it was a beautiful spray that I was proud to have my name signed to. Easy ordering and excellent service. This was my first order with Erleene's Flowers and I will use them again when I need to send flowers to my friends in the Pomona area. My friend loved the flowers and told me the blooms lasted a very long time. Erleene's did not add a "handling charge" like so many florists are doing today, and the delivery fee was VERY low and reasonable to deliver to Chino Hills, which was outside of their normal area. Very pleased with the service. Am getting ready to send Christmas flowers to the same friend and will use Erleene's for sure. Thanks

Called from out of state to have flowers delivered to my mother for Mother's Day. They did not have a website to see photos of their arrangements, but the owner went out of her way to take photos of what she had in her store.

The flowers I ordered were very beautiful and fresh. My mother loved the arrangement and balloons.

Great customer service at Erleene's Flowers! The owner was patient and I never felt rushed. The chick in the back was cool. Very friendly and down to earth place. The prices were more than fair for the product I got. I went in for an arrangement and came out with a new florist.

I used this florist for the first time to order for Mother's Day. I called first, to confirm that they deliver. The person answering the phone was courteous and helpful, and directed me to the website. I easily ordered the Blooming Dish Garden online. It was delivered timely and my mother said it is beautiful...she loves it! I will definitely use this florist again!

The most beautiful arrangements in Pomona!!! Sold by the most beautiful person! If you ever get a chance to meet erleene, consider yourself lucky. What an amazingly beautiful soul!

I picked the wrong delivery date. When I called and corrected the date, the flowers were immediately delivered and the recipient's words are "they are stunning" Thanks for the excellent service.
