I had my first experience with Twigzz this morning but it definitely won't be my last! I was helped by Dean Zamani who completely exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond for me.

First off, he was able to accommodate a same day delivery and had the flowers delivered within a couple hours.

Secondly, he took the time to ask me about the recipient of the flowers to create a personalized arrangement (which he nailed BTW)!

Thirdly, he was very communicative throughout the entire process by sending me photos of the completed arrangement and texting me when they were delivered.

Overall, Dean was so nice and accommodating and really delivered on creating a beautiful, exotic, and special arrangement for my special person. Not to mention he used a very rare and special Tulip that he had set aside for himself just because he thought it would be perfect for my taste.

My partner was absolutely blown away by flowers! Thank you Dean!! Will definitely be back.

Twigzz is awesome. They create beautiful arrangements and have always exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for gorgeous Orchids or fresh cut rare finds Twigzz is your best bet. The owner is very friendly! I just discovered they do events too. Be sure to go to the One Colorado location in Pasadena next to the Patagonia.

What a cute shop with lots of little gift items and flowers. Was very happy to find this spot and get some gifts. Feels like a gem!

I attended a beautiful event in Pasadena, CA over the weekend. I don’t live in California and was looking for a special Thank You host gift. Great florist and lovely customer service! The bouquet was gorgeous and the recipient loved it. They even pushed the delivery out a couple of days to make sure they received the freshest of flowers.

Dean at Twigzz created beautiful table arrangements for a surprise birthday tea at the Langham hotel. They were fresh and modern looking so they popped in the traditional setting of the hotel. These arrangements lasted too - so we were able to take them home and enjoy them for over a week. Gorgeous work!

I ordered a bouquet for my fiancée’s birthday. The quality and elegance of the arrangement greatly exceeded my expectations and was very well received by my fiancée. I have worked with many different florists in the past and have never seen flowers so beautifully selected or arranged.

Their customer service was just as outstanding as the arrangement. I ordered over the phone and the person I worked with took great care to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect.

Twigzz Florists will always be my "go to" florist in Pasadena, CA. I live in Cincinnati and needed to send flowers to my daughter who lives in Pasadena. Thankfully I stumbled upon Twigzz (mainly because I loved the name) and they were incredibly helpful, went way above and beyond in their service, and the flowers they designed for my daughter were absolutely gorgeous!!!! Parking : There is street parking in front of the business as well as self parking and Valet Parking in the back of the building ( Urth Caffe' ) . If you place an order ahead of time TWIGZZ has curve side service for Pick Up Orders.

The arrangement was a stunning work of art. The whole process was a pleasure from beginning to end. I finally found a designer I can fully trust.
