Gorgeous Shoes! I came across this website recently and fell in love with the different selection of shoes. I placed an order last week and I accidentally put the wrong address. I called customer service and they were able to fix my problem. The young man who helped me was so nice and efficient!

I recently purchased a pair of fluffy furry sandals to replace the slippers I had since last year. They are so comfortable and cute, the bottoms are designed to be ware outside of the house as well. Very good quality for the price I paid. Will be buying more from this brand.

I am obsessed with fur slides from the sites. The shoes are adorable and get delivered within a week. I've had some issues with shipping delayed during holiday season, but the customer service team took care of it very well!!

FLASHYBOX always has the cutest sandals and heels. It is my favorite website to shop from. It has always been very hard to find sandals for my shoe size but flashybox has it all. The incorrect shipping address was placed on the label after I had contacted them to fix it. I had been assured that the proper shipping address was placed on the item. My package was returned to shipper because of this and I’ve been trying to contact customer service via email and calls; yet no response. When I try to call it rings and rings or says the mail box is full and I have yet to receive an email response after sending several emails.

Horrible customer service!!! Horrible! They said I can get a hassle free refund or store credit plus ten dollars...I asked for a hassle free refund...no response...none! And it's been a week!! No follow up and I have tried calling and emailing 5 separate times to see what's going on. I bought two pairs of shoes on a bogo sale..one didn't fit and the other they didn't send, that's why they sent the email in the first place asking me what options would I prefer because they oversold.i tried calling..the number goes to voicemail and the voicemail box nunber is different, so I don't leave a voicemail. They accepted my return on the other shoe.. ut not if I don't get my other shoe, im going to keep this one..it was free...so no need now to send it back! I will consider filing a civil suit due to this lack of great customer service and response time.

Zero stars is what they deserve!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! PLEASE! I'm filing a complaint with the BB BUREAU!

Ordered earrings two weeks ago and they still have not been shipped out yet.

Placed a order on December 1st and still haven’t heard anything no confirmation #shipping # nothing tried emailing and it won’t go through will never shop this site again
