Carol's Pomona Valley Florist

I have ordered flowers here about 4-5 times. The florist is exceptional. You can tell that the florist invests time into each arrangement. The floral arrangements are stunning, especially for the price. The price is typical to corporate flower shops, but unlike the corporate shops, the flowers have been consistently fresh and last for a while, if you take care of them properly. Delivery is always prompt and I will continue to take my flower business here.

Beautiful and fresh bouquets! I called to place an order for a bouquet and it was ready within 10 minutes. The owner is super nice and friendly! I would definitely do business here again.

My experience with Carol's was great I had someone special that pass away..and I live in Fontana..bult need a flowers shop in Pomona can't attend anything with all the cov-19 .. i called many before Carol's..i talked to Eddie he was very nice and helpful. There website is easy.if I ever need flowers shop in Pomona this it!! ......thank you ...

I didn't get the ladies name but she was a total sweetheart and very helpful. I came in for a kindergarten graduation and she showed me all the balloons and stuffed animals with the prices. Lovely vibes in there💚

Found this place by chance , walked in, customer service was great, added what I wanted to my arrangement , prices were great , flowers were fresh . LEFT VERY happy with my Roses and balloons

Quick and had what I needed... Roses. Got three roses for the price of two. Well return again.

Ordered flowers from them through pro-flowers fir a funeral service. Flowers were delivered more than 24 hours later than requested and almost missed the service. Arrangement did not look as good as the advertisement. I was disappointed.

Be careful when ordering a premium size bouquet of flowers to be delivered from this place. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers and thought they would look gorgeous in a premium size perfect for my mother's birthday. My mother received a standard size bouquet of flowers that look nothing like the picture I ordered. I'm a very un satisfied customer and will diffinately never place an order from this place ever again.

This florist was Highly recommend by local Mortuary.
I called to inquiry about a floral spray, sent a pic. The rep called and said I don't have any of the flowers on hand! Roses and lillies?? Both common flowers that any florist should have on hand. Ha?
Not impressed with phone demeanor or the website.

By far the worst place I have ever dealt with. In the past I dealt with the previous owner Peggy and she was awesome but the current owner Eddie was extremely rude to me. This is not the way to conduct business and I urge anyone top go somewhere else because this guy does not care about people.
