First time car buyer. I was nervous about getting ripped off by a dealership because I have heard that it can be common. Jacquelyn helped me out and made the process easy and straightforward. She gave me a single price (lower than sticker due to a promotion) and broke down all the taxes/DMV costs. I appreciated the transparency since I had visited 5 other dealerships in the area which didn’t have their prices listed in person or were shady about their costs. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to others.

So to start I don’t have the best credit but Edwin was able to get me approved with a reasonable price and rate. Made the buying process simple and easy did not feel intimidated or like he wanted to get over on me like most salesman. No junk fees whatsoever which was a huge dealbreaker for me. Edwin also made sure to wash and detail my car aswell as giving me some gas before driving off the lot. If you come here I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you ask for Edwin!!

They work around my work schedule and get the car done at the promised time they quote you at! car comes back just the way you left it and also cleaner then when you brought it in! highly recommend Stephanie and the gentleman working beside her! We have been coming to this dealership for over 13 years since the initial purchase of 2 vehicles and follow-up service ever since. The service department is second to none. We usually work with Julio, Alba or Patty and they always take great care of you and make you feel like family. The vehicles have been awesome (we've never kept cars anywhere near this long before), but it's the service department that keeps us coming back.

I made two trips to this dealership my first time going I was greeted and helped tremendously by Jaquelyn and Brandon. Their professionalism in customer service exceeds expectations. I have given a run down on the car I was interested in and although I could not leave that first day with the car I had gone for I was given the tools from Cristian on what I could do to get a better offer and actually get the car I wanted. Brandon did great on keeping us in contact and Jaquelyn was a grate help on the process and knowledge on the car I wanted. My second trip here was a success with the help of Cristian he has been beyond helpful. These three employees have made my car experience nothing but a bliss and I appreciate them tremendously. Compared to other Infiniti dealerships who have only belittled me on my budget for getting a care I felt heard and understood at this place. Going to a dealership should not have to be stressful and this place definitely set the bar for all of them.

I would like to commend Alba Ramirez in the service department of Infiniti Thousand Oaks. I had a very traumatic experience with QX60 stalking on me in the middle of the road. Further my roadside assistance experience was terrible. I was stranded on the road for 2 and 1/2 hours. Alba was my shining light in this difficult experience. She reassured me that I can get a courtesy vehicle and helped repair my car. She clearly communicated the whole process of getting my car fixed. Thank goodness for Alba!

Man, I just experienced the best customer service in the world. Mr Watson/Parts Manager went above and beyond the call of duty. The key for my wheel locks broke, and I couldn't get them off. Even though Mr. Watson is not part of the service dpt. he took it upon himself to assist me. He removed all my wheel locks and even gave me replacement lug nuts. That right there is top-notch customer service. Thank you for all your help, sir. 🙏 I truly appreciate you.

I am a long time Nissan customer and this was my first time going through this particular dealer. I was so impressed and happy with the service I got here. Jaquelyn helped me find the car I loved and was patient, kind and informative throughout the entire process. Christian, the manager and Mike in finance are lovely to work with as well, answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Overall, it feels like the team there is looking out for your best interest and not just trying to make a sale. I've been buying and servicing cars from Steve Lapin and his teams since something like 1999. The way his staff interacts with you (e.g. listening, sharing information, helping, working out a good deal) to the work performed (fair price and reliable) speaks to the integrity he brings to the business. Maybe, because it's a family business but he retains long term and relatively happy employees. For me, I love visiting and seeing Steve, his son Sandy, Rob, Drew and the whole gang. I recommend INFINITI of Thousand Oaks with hesitation (as well as the new Nissan of Thousand Oaks franichise). You can count on "the Lapdog" and his fine team.

Jaquelyn was amazing! Super knowledgeable and helpful! I took my Q50 Coupe in for service and left with a brand new QX50 Sport! She’s good!! I would love the service team as well for the last 2 1/2 years of owning an Infiniti… no hard-sell to do anything that really doesn’t need to be done. Rob is a stud! Absolute pleasure to work with. This dealership is totally worth visiting if you’re out of the area. They surpassed our local(Valencia) dealership in inventory and price competitiveness. They sell cars and move metal!
