I had an issue with my heater and they got a heater repair guy out the same day to fix it for me, thank you so much!

Their online portal makes it easy for me to pay my rent online and submit a maintaince ticket if I have any issues, they are very fast to get someone out to fix any problems.

I just moved in and the place is super clean, everything is in great condition, the move in process was very easy and smooth and stress free was great to assist me with everything!

My dryer stopped working, they had a repair guy come out the next day to fix it and I was amazed at how fast it was fixed, thank you!

This is my first time renting and these guys made the process super easy for me, thank you for all your help and answering all the questions I had.

As a tenant I really appreciated Blake's timely response to maintenance issues. We rented two units from him over a period of 3 years. During that time, they promptly made repairs or replacements on any maintenance issues that arrived. In addition, as a full time college student with a family, some months arose when making rent on time was a little tough. Blake was very reasonable and always extended a grace period, as long as you would communicate with him ahead of time and be upfront. We left our unit clean and on good terms, and received a full deposit return within a week.

Since working with Blake I've never questioned the need to use a licensed property manager. Stress Free does a fantastic job. They always have my properties rented right away and find decent tenants. They send an accounting every month and will take care of minor repairs in a timely manner without getting me involved. Blake at StressFree property management has always been very professional every time we have worked with him. We have taken care of a number of his properties in the service side for pest control. A number of properties that he is Acquired that have had serious pest problems, he’s wanted to start the Property right and make sure that his tenants have no issues when they first move-in. I have seen him take some very random properties and help turn them around by better taking care of the property as well as everyone of the tenants.
