Don was our sales person. She was amazing and very good at putting furniture together. Delivery was awesome.

Always a good experience. Have been using Reeds Furniture for many years and continue to purchase furniture for our grandchildren. The staff is warm and friendly, not pushy, and if one cannot find what they are looking for on the floor--the staff takes time to review their catalogs with us. Delivery is on time and in most cases ahead of the delivery date. Again, have been with Reeds for many years and would not have repeatedly gone back if we weren't totally statisfied.

Tony the Sales Manager helped us with choosing all the furniture for our new home! He was very patient, personable and helped go through various options for each area of our home. This store had the best prices and TOP quality furniture. We have looked through many other furniture stores and this was the best! The owners are very involved and ensure their customers receive top quality service. Loved the pieces we purchased!

Very positive! We live in Valencia, and can never find anything we're looking for here, so we always go to Reed's in Agoura where we've always had good luck.

Everything went AMAZING! My girlfriend and I went into the Reed’s Furniture not knowing too much. All we knew was that we needed a new couch. We walked in, immediately we were approached by Anthony (He was awesome BTW!) He helped us from start to finish! He answered all our questions, addressed all our concerns, it went so smooth. Definitely would recommend!

I was impressed with the many table/chair options available for me to see. Because I was unsure just exactly what I wanted, it took some time to look around. Roxy, the Happiness Ambassador, was very helpful and so patient as I shopped. She offered many options and when I saw exactly what met my needs, we had a deal.

Roxy wrote up the sale and we arranged for delivery and set up. That afternoon, I was viewing your website to show a picture to my family when I noticed the website price was lower than what I had just paid.

I immediately called the store and Roxy agreed to have the difference refunded to me. Several days passed. Yesterday I checked my credit card statement and the credit had been applied. Thank you, Roxy, and Reed's Furniture Store, for "taking care of" your customers in a good neighbor manner.

It has been excellent so far. My sales person (Tony?) jumped in as soon as he saw that the salesperson helping me just left me so he could assist another party.

I received delivery today and those guys were on time and assembled the furniture in the time frame they represented. They were truly professional.

I did a new purchase this past week and again I am happy with product and service.

Experience was great. My salesperson was helpful, gave space when needed, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Everything was great. From the sales lady who sold me the Great furniture all the way to the delivery time and the friendly guys who delivered my stuff. My place is on a second floor and they without hesitation delivered it and placed it in the perfect spot.

A couple of years ago we purchased a couch and chair and tv console. Prices were great and the quality of the items, we are impressed with. We really just commented the other night how much we love our couch. Then we just had delivered two additional cabinets that match our original console. Love them! Great price and great delivery. Really Reeds is so easy to purchase from and the delivery service is great, but it's the quality of our items that just is outstanding. Service, price and amazing quality, why we keep returning to Reeds, when we need a furniture piece.

We purchased a sofa recliner from Reeds over 5 years ago and have been very happy.
We just purchased 2 barrel swivel chairs that were delivered today. One of them had several dirt marks or stains. We could not be more pleased with Reeds and specifically Julian, the manager we worked with to resolve the problem. He not only handled the exchange, but delivered the exchanged chair the same day the original chairs were delivered. Amazing and much appreciated!
Also the sales people we have worked with are assertively helpful without being pushy.
The in-house delivery team was polite, careful and efficient.
Needless to say Reeds will be at the top of the list for future purchases.

Came in with my mom to look for a new couch after going to another furniture store in the area. We ended up buying one on their no sales tax sale. John was a great salesman, knew a lot about the manufacturers and their products. Helped set us up with a quick delivery date. Great experience over all!

Nice big furniture store with good selection of quality items. Even they didn't have a piece we were looking for, we had such a great Memorial day experience with special treats and jokes. Dawn and others made our shopping very positive.

Reeds Furniture is awesome. There are so many furniture stores around but we almost always buy at Reed’s. The selection is great. The quality and variety of styles match our taste more than any other store. The sales people are wonderful. They don’t hover over you but they’re easily accessible when you have questions. The purchase and delivery process was easy and fast. I don’t know why I waste time going anywhere else (I always do) but I always find the quality, style, and price at Reed’s.

Reeds furniture is one of the best places to purchase furniture, the sofas are so comfortable and the quality you can not compare, the dining tables! Beautiful! and they don’t have problems delivering your furniture in one week or less because they have everything in their warehouses. I don’t mind driving to their stores because I know for sure, I’m bringing home some thing good and the best quality. They are very professional, you don’t even have to go around looking for some one to help you because they have enough staff assisting you.

Just answered my questions, helped me over the phone 2 weeks later, got me a great deal with exactly what I wanted! Great communication with this business from the central office to the delivery team. Everyone was pleasant, and did their job with professionalism and with courtesy. Highly recommend

Start to finish, a wonderful experience. Dawn helped us find the perfect couch for our space and our lifestyle. Delivery was super easy to schedule, right on time and everything was perfect. Would 100% recommend Reeds and will be back next time we need anything for our home!
