We booked Flower Lane for our wedding in June 2022 at Pomona College. Their prices were very reasonable and the flower arrangements were all incredibly beautiful.

We found Flower Lane on google reviews and yelp. We met with Karen who was very friendly and patient in helping us design our vision for our wedding flower arrangements. She showed us examples and gave great suggestions for how to design our florals so that everything would look perfect. Karen was flexible with us even when we wanted to make last minute changes a couple weeks before the wedding. We spoke over the phone and in person and she made recommendations to help us stay within our budget. We ordered many flowers including a bride's bouquet, bridesmaids bouquet, boutonnieres, arch arrangements and chair decor and each item came out very beautiful. She even added in some nice extras like decorating our mason jars with our wedding colors and adding jewels to the bride bouquet. They were timely and professional in delivering and setting up the flowers on our wedding day at our venue. We got so many compliments on the flowers and they added the extra special touch to our big day. We highly recommend Flower Lane Florist for any special event!

Karen from Flower Lane is an angel! This is a busy time for florists with Mother's Day and Graduations merging. Still, she was very patient with me as I ordered a sympathy arrangement to be delivered. Flower Lane understood that I was heartbroken while ordering, they didn’t treat me like I was just a routine customer. They listened and made sure the arrangement would meet my high expectations. Karen included all the details I wanted and created a beautiful arrangement to show my love and support for the grieving family. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted-- but the stand out for me was absolutely above and beyond customer service. I've used other local shops before, but recommend going here over anywhere else. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Phenomenal service. I went in and shared a picture of what I wanted and the owner walked me through all my options and quoted me at a very reasonable price per centerpiece. When I picked them up I was soooooooooooo impressed. They were gorgeous and exactly what I asked for. Truly gifted and talented!!!

update : ordered another arrangement for my mother's birthday in Feb and the flowers were amazing and lasted for more than week!

I had to get tiger lilies on a last-minute notice. I forgot to get the name of the person working today, but I want to personally thank you for being able to get them done so quickly for my mother's birthday. I am not a big fan of placing orders online because I feel that photos online can be really deceiving; but, this year I had to make an exception. For this Valentine's Day I had no choice but to place my floral order online (which I hate doing). Although, I ended up placing it online I ended up calling this shop in order to inquire about my selection. The person who answered the phone was polite enough to point out certain things that made me realize that perhaps I would prefer another floral arrangement.
Ultimately I changed my initial choice to something they recommended and it did not disappoint.

Got some roses last minute for Valentine's Day a while back and they were fresh and affordable. This is a great local shop! They also offer a variety of other types of flowers and bouquets for different occasions.

Ordered a floral casket by phone to be picked up on Saturday and they did not disappoint. They were able to integrate the colors I had asked for with such ease. Wanted to send some flowers to my sister who was going through a very hard time, and Flower Lane was able to convey to my sister not only hope but happiness through their flower arrangement. I simply gave them a budget and asked for certain colors and I left the rest up to them. I live far and the photo my sister sent me of the arrangement truly looks stunning.

When we were getting married, it took a while to find a florist I felt comfortable with. Thankfully I found Flower Lane. They were so kind. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. They helped me pick out the right flowers, taking to account the weather and price. When it came to the day of the wedding, they made sure that the bouquets were well taken care of. They were BEAUTIFUL! Fast forward a few months and I was looking for a bouquet of flowers to gift to a friend. I knew that I did not have to look far. Never disappoints ordered a prom set for my daughters prom and it turned out beautiful! They even added a few accents to make it pop even more.

I called them a few hours ahead of time to order a pickup in store. I wanted a seasonal arrangement to surprise my significant other with. I said "something orange" and told them my budget. They did not disappoint! I will definitely be coming back when I need flowers in a pinch.

It's a nice, quiet, and affordable shop. The florist was super nice, courteous, and attentive. It has a few selections but if you call ahead they can help you get what you need.

I reached out to Flower Lane for an arrangement that I wanted to be delivered for a friend's funeral service. Since I live on the East Coast, I relied heavily on the reviews of this shop. THE GREAT REVIEWS ARE WELL-DESERVED!
I wasn't able to attend, buy my friends who attended the funeral service there in Pomona raved about how amazing the arrangement was. It was so nice that I'm told that there were multiple people at the ceremony asking who the flowers came from.
Karen took my order over the phone and was incredible at describing great options that would fit my budget. I totally trusted her judgment on what would look best, and she went above and beyond my expectations. I give my highest recommendation for this shop. Thanks Karen and crew!!
