Always professional and know what theyre talking about when you have a question about a product they have in store. Would recommend this shop over any shops in the area. I’ve been vaping for years and was used to the typical smoke shop vibe until i came to new era, the employees are very nice and extremely informative, there product selection exceeds most vape shops/smoke shops and the prices are unmatched. They do lots of 2 for deals and are cheaper then any other shop I’ve been too. They’ve earned my business and loyalty. Thank you new era for understanding customer satisfaction as well as amazing prices during tough times. They even offer in house warranty, I highly recommend them!

This is by far the best vape shop I’ve been to! Best customer service you will ever find at a vape shop or most shops in general. Let me start with saying that I’m not very familiar with products and most shops tend to be intimidating but not this place. I’ve come here on several occasions and each time they take care of me and get me the best solution. They’ve never ripped me off or tried to upsell me. I once came in thinking I needed a whole new set up but they checked out my mod and fixed my issues and sent me on my way with a few items. On my most recent trip I wanted to get a full set up with a mod and tank and Mike (the owner) was super chill and helpful in finding the right solution for me. He asked me a few questions to figure out what I wanted then explained the differences in products. I bought my items and then hung out at the shop for some time trying out my mod. I’m never the type to hang out at a vape shop but these people are so great and friendly it’s an inviting type of environment. Extremely happy with my purchase and experience.

The staff is very friendly here. Joey is always a big help when i am looking for a new flavor suggestion. He even remembers what coils i use for my falcon, and smok when i say that i need coils. He's on it. New Era never disappoints!

This place is amazing they always have what I want. They treat like family right when you walk in the door they always tell you to come back and hangout and ask questions! The costumers service is amazing ! The employees are very nice and willing to take time with you to explain everything about the mods and juices they will help you change out my coils . I walked in here needing a new juice and they asked what juices I like and I said custards they have a each variety of that type of juice ! They are just an outrageous group of people and the best shop around here in the area will not go to another shop .

Knowlegde is everything.
I came to this place with many requirements and know less about vaping but I really got what I need from this store. Even my friend does vaping for a long time but they can not give me a good advice. However, the staff of this store is really helpful and know exactly what I need so I can really enjoying my vape at the moment. That’s all what I can tell from now on.

Mike's awesome. He's running some cash deals and specials right now. Reduced some prices to help out the community. He really listens to the customers.

They stay open late on the weekends too

My son says the the gentleman that's always behind the counter is very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a lot of coils & items that other vape shops don't carry.

Best vape shop been to many but this is the best one!!! Prices are the best I've seen, great place to chill, staff make you feel welcomed and comfortable, have a great variety of juices and mods perfect for beginners to advanced. Guaranteed anyone will walk out with a smile😃. Also if you come often they will always throw in free stuff. They will let you stay for as long as you want. They have refreshments and snacks in case of you get the munchies.

Simple, knowledgeable, friendly, and when I found something I liked but not the right color ... The guy was able to get it brought to the shop same day with the help of a wonderfully nice delivery guy. 👌 Happened to see another vape store while I waited and the same product was 8 bucks more at the other place. 🤨 .. I'm glad I got my new vape at New Era.

From out of town and went to get some items I needed. The staff was great (shout out to David and Joey) and had a huge selection of items and vaps to choose from. Completely appreciate the help from those two guys. Will definitely be stopping by again whenever in town again.

Best vape shop I’ve ever been too! Great service actually the best service! The guys are always willing to help And man they have over 300 juice flavors!! And they great bundle deals and hook it up with the prices! It’s amazing everyone should check it out!!!

10/10 smoke shop. Has everything you need and some stuff you didn’t know you needed. They’re open late and the staff is great. They had pendulum playing on the speakers which is a bonus in my book. 6 stars

Helpful and very knowledgeable staff, I've been to vape shops where people had no idea what they're even selling. I definitely recommend this place, they even have a little bit of glass, it's high quality stuff for a steal!

Came in and had no idea what I was looking for, I just knew I wanted to quit those smelly cigarettes. Joey greeted me and was very friendly. He didn’t try to sell me on the most expensive item, instead he suggested something that would work best for my needs. Being the bougie brat I am, I did end up getting an expensive unit and everything that goes with it WHICH ENDED UP BEING BETTER! The more you buy the more you save. They took roughly $50 off the total! Joey is so awesome he put together my new unit and spent a good amount of time explaining my new vape to me. How to use it. What to expect. He also offered if anything broke to come back and he’d fix it. I gave him a $20 tip and you all should too! The guy really cares and is a decent human being so throw him a little extra. Why not! Anyway, thanks New Era, you have a customer for life!

Love the shop, although new, the people there were very nice, good prices and good atmosphere and very knowledgeable, they have samples for you to try so you won't get something you don't like. They said they have alot of fun events. Definitely going back. Don't let the pics fool you it's a very good shop.

These guys, I'm not sure what the formula is... like Coca Cola, or the Colnel for Kentucky F..., well...you know the rest. I've been to many a shop & let me just say that when I first started vaping, I was determined not to go back to smoking! I spent countless hours and $$$ trying to get it right for me. Too much to know! Had I come here then 😔 they would have saved me, dare I say it...thousands 🤑! Yes, I said it! Knowledge is unmatched by most other shops. Its not a huge place with all the latest trendy vapes and mods but if you need juice or information or parts, they are open late, got plenty of parking and most of the time...they have a little bit of a crowd but they're just hanging out & talking shop! Really cool people who know what they are talking about 🤓! Good prices too. Thx guys, just keep doin what your doin.

Came in super late last night because it was the only Vape Shop within a reasonable distance that was open super late. Walked in and immediately was greeted by Blake, told him I wanted to be walking out the door with a new vape mod and one new juice. He explained to me the best mods for my budget and suggested some of his favorite current E-juices along with some suggestions based on my favorite flavors. First one he suggested was pretty good, but I was still stuck on a mango flavor so he suggested some and the first one he suggested took the cake and I chose it right away. Walked out of New Era with a new mod which Blake took time to show me how to use, and a super flavorful salt nic E-juice for a price I was more than okay with. Blake made my night, and made a big enough impression for me to officially make New Era my official local vape shop. Honestly wasn’t expecting too much for a vape shop at that time but Blake went above and beyond! New Era is where it’s at.
