Always great attention great service. Great quality items. My parents came to Jim's back in the 80s in the 2000 my parents bought our son his first pair of boots and western shirt and his Sombrero I have till the day 22 years ago. Thank you for memory Family own .

Being from Fort Worth, TX I have to say that this store is amazing and Marco was extremely helpful while I was picking out clothes for myself and lady. The selection is excellent and the family atmosphere was perfect. Everyone should visit this store for their western wear needs.

Beautiful and good quality clothes. Not cheap and no sales. I don't mind paying the price for something I like. I do Christmas shopping there every year.

If you’re in the market for Western attire offered by the kindest, most helpful staff, this is the place to go. My best friend and I decided to shop local and check out this store as we prep for a ranch trip in Montana, and they not only had EVERYTHING, but their prices were spot on or even LESS than online - yeah, even Amazon!! We were nervous to shop for Western clothes - we’re English riders, and let’s be real, horse people can be a *little* judgey - and the staff at Jim’s were so kind and patient with us as we tried on hats, boots, and jeans, and answered every question kindly and honestly. Do yourself a favor, and support a local business while getting yourself a new pair of boots for the summer at Jim’s.

Went in today to get some work boots and shirts, I was greeted instantly by Emily. She patiently assisted me with finding what I needed, I was very particular in the type of boots I got. I didn't feel pressured or rushed, I also tried on a few shirts and without hesitation Emily went and got me different sizes. Overall my experience was Great, I strongly recommend this store there selection is exceptional when it comes to western wear.

A vast selection, and one of the last old school western wear clotheries in the San Fernando Valley. There's another one just on the block, that's not nearly as friendly nor as widely stocked.

Jim's is family-owned, and the folks are very friendly and willing to help you find what fits, what looks good and what works.

They have excellent changing rooms, a very broad selection of jeans, boots, shirts, belts and hats.

What a GREAT store! The owners were friendly and open. Our sales person, Alfredo, was the absolute best! Continued to help us and other customers without missing a beat, smiling all the time. Answered all of our questions, got us different sizes, all the while being polite to everyone. All stores should take lessons from Jim's. What a great selection of boots, shirts, jeans and jackets. Can't wait to go back!

I found out about Jim's from the American Hat Company website and I am ecstatic about my experience at Jim's. I dropped in, last minute, needed to put together a get-up for a Christmas dinner taking place the following day. The entire team at Jim's came together listening to what I needed, making suggestions, as well as provided mich needed feedback from a level of expertise and passion that is so refreshing to see. Although I'm not local, Jim's is my new go-to spot and I would highly recommend stopping by, having a chat, and experience what genuine retail hospitality is all about. Thank you all so much

Great staff and when I say GREAT, everyone there was extremely helpful from the hat assistant to the suit assistant to boots, bolo tie and very experienced hat reshaping professional. The owners are quite possibly the nicest people. Helpful, attentive, honest and their curation is A+. You can spend $50 or $500 if you wanted to. Such a gem.

I went in to Jim's looking for a simple pair of boots and they had such a great selection I couldn't leave without leaving with a brand new outfit for my show. Such care and quality service from the sales associates and the owner. Definitely a place worth returning to.

What a fantastic place! It isn't just "western wear " it's where wrangler, Levi, dickies of every cut are born! I found straight leg, skinny, boot cut, high rise high waist, in lots of colors and rinses, sizes from 0-16. Prices are reasonable. This is my go to for jeans.
The sales people were helpful and accommodating. Love it!!
