Juanitas Flowers Botanic

I frequent Juanita's as she's the only one in the area that will fill up my own balloons with helium. Most places are out or wont fill them. I call every time before stopping by as I know small business hours vary. Have always been greeted graciously when I call and when I come in.

This lady is super unprofessional she walked out, stated that I hit her door on her truck, when I clearly parked at arms lanes wider than that and I was able to open the door without even touching her door. Attached will be some photos and then when I drive off, she tells me that I need to learn how to park and how to drive, when I got behind her car, you could clearly see that she was parked in the middle of two parking spots

Omg I will not even visit this place. Just calling, whoever it was to answer the phone was BEYOND RUDE.!! They need to hire someone with better customer service cuz whoever they have now, is just a deterrant.!

I agree with Pamela! The lady is rude. I used to be a regular, but was put off by the lady's rude attitude!

Muy mala atencion. Personas groseras y mal educadas. Desde que entre me trataron muy mal, con malos modos y pregubte por un te de alcachofa y casi me lo aventaron en el mostrador. Despues Quise tomar una foto para mandarla a un amigo que buscaba un producto y me gritaron bien enojados que en su tienda no se valia tomar fotos. Demasiados groseros. No vielvo a entrar a su porqueria de tienda
