Nissan of Downtown LA Service Center

I really like the new building which is more accessible. However, I do want to give them five stars on the service. I took my Nissan Kicks for service and to check my front view camera that had stoped working. They did my service and also were able to replace my camera at no cost to me because it was still cover by warranty. It had been years since I had taken a vehicle with them for service that I almost forgot how profesional they are. Highly recommended

The service was amazing the clerk that helped me.He was amazing as well.I've never been to that place.And that place had great coffee when I would like to go there again

Lance and his team were awesome. I've been bringing my Nissan's since 2006. I feel like thier like family. They never fail me. The new building is state of the art.

I got my oil change and tire rotation here on a day that was very short staffed .David was very helpful and informative and did a fantastic job ! He was the only service advisor working besides the manager and was so nice ,even tho there was a lot of cars waiting to be serviced on busy monday !

Expectations matter. Perfection is rare and can not be expected.
A quality environment with professional people should be expected. Service departments are busy places with many working parts. It takes incredible commitment from dozens of people to make it work smoothly, no matter how simple or complicated a vehicle visit may be. That all said, DTLA Nissan's Service Dept is 5 star, and exceeds all reasonable expectations.

The Service Director Lance S is a credit to DTLA Nissan and to Nissan in general. I have never met a service leader with more product knowledge. His attention to detail, and ability to lead creates a quality environment.

It's important to work with and respect the people that are tasked with making your vehicle right. Your experience will be elevated if you understand that vehicles are not always simple, and that people just like you and me are cooperating on your behalf to make things right.

Credit where credit is due, the DTLA Service dept is excellent! My experience has shown they are a step above others (Mercedes Benz, Porsche...). I always appreciate their efforts and can depend on their results. Expectations matter. That's about as good as it gets.

Great customer service took very good care of me

I had purchased two vehicles here before. Long waits and bad service. This was my third visit and I received first class service from Brenda. She was patient, listened to my needs, knew my expectations, understood what I needed and she delivered. I was impressed with her diligent performance. We bought a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport from Brenda and we are happy with our new addition. Thank you Brenda!
