Excited to have our new X3 thanks to Juan and Mo. They were so great to expedite the process after our car got t-boned and totalled. (Our Mini held up well and airbags deployed to probably save my life!) We have worked with Mo twice and now that he is BMW General Sales Manager Juan handled our process beautifully. This is more of a review of the amazing sales rep who assisted me. Sara was amazing and super knowledgeable. This is my third BMW. The last two were obtained at Southbay. Sara helped me with all the aspects of the car and explained everything. The sales rep I had for the first BMW literally just handed me the keys and left me on my own to figure out things.
Sara on the other hand was there to explain everything. This was my first experience with an EV, and I was a bit intimidated with the whole process. Sara set up everything on the app and answered all my questions. By the time it was all over I had no inhibitions and was very comfortable with the car. Not only did she help me with my decision and purchase, she also checked up on me the following day, told me I could text her with any of my concerns. Who does that?! She has continued to be helpful to this day. Three weeks later and she’s still there for any questions I still may have.

As I had been searching for a BMW X5 for quite a while, I couldn't seem to find the right fit for me. I traveled to multiple BMW dealers, but it didn't seem to be the right fit. I sold the X5 I was interested in, or the salesman weren't very helpful. In a way, it seemed like they didn't even want to sell a car. When I was about to throw in the towel I found a potential 2021 BMW X5 M50i in BMW South Bay that was in very good shape even when it was a used X5 I decided to reach out to Paul which he was very helpful even when they were about to close. I decided to go home and think about a decision. Unfortunately Paul wasn't working the upcoming days that I wanted to go in to see the car but referred me to another salesperson
Alex Chavez was working and was very helpful as soon as we walked in. Debriefed him on everything, and he was extremely helpful and worked with us on getting me the best deal. As there was another set back since it was once again closing time and banks were closed, I had to wait to the next day. Alex was once again very helpful as he kept me on the loop with the bank we were trying to refinance with and with every step in the whole process. Alex Chavez made it happen for me, and I'm very happy with my BMW X5. He is a great salesperson who is not just about selling a vehicle, but he is there to actually help you on getting the best deal and with every step of the process. If you are looking into getting a BMW, I recommend going to BMW South Bay and asking for Alex Chavez. You will not be disappointed!

I had such a positive experience working with the team at McKenna. This is my third car from this dealership, and every time they work to get me what I’m looking for. I came to South Bay BMW 10 years ago when I first started my career, trying to buy a lil 330i. After a test drive and a credit check, the client advisor politely told me that my credit profile wasn't quite developed and that I would need to grab my dad for a cosign. Let's just say, I didn't get the 330i that day. And I didn't want to ask my dad for a cosign. I wanted to get it on my own. My preferred BMW service center. Arsen is awesome - very professional, friendly, and helpful. He always gets me in and out fast. Every time I've been here, they've always had a loaner vehicle available, unlike other service centers. It's good to see that some people still prioritize good customer service.

Recently bought my daughter an X3 with Wendell at SouthBay BMW. The process was extremely easy and we were in it and out the door the same day! Wendell goes above and beyond for his customers. It was a 5 star experience!

5 stars! I am so impressed with the white glove service at South Bay BMW! Making a service appointment was super easy to do online and they had plenty of appointments available to fit my schedule. Dropping my car off for service was easy and I was impressed by my friendly advisor (Graciano) and that they arrange Ubers to and from the dealership while your car gets serviced. I appreciated getting updates while my car was being serviced and the narrated video of the inspection. My car was pulled up just as I was checking out — freshly washed (complimentary) and perfectly timed so I didn’t have to wait. Everyone I interacted with at the service center was beyond friendly and professional. I highly recommend South Bay BMW!
