This is the best store and best location period. David the manager is a super cool, fair dude. All the employees from the managers to the club guys to the clothing associates are super friendly. They have mostly everything you need. Don’t forget about the golf club repair and build shop. Super great people doing good work back there also. On top of all that. A super convenient west side location w parking. I buy all my golf related stuff from Rodger Dunn on the west side and always will. Thanks everyone.

An employee named Evan was very helpful while trying to choose a new driver and woods. Everyone at this location is always great, but he was exceedingly thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. Thanks from a loyal customer!

Great selection of new, and especially the used clubs. I was looking for Ping 425 Max driver in NorCal, and cannot find one. This store has many to choose from. Highly recommended!

Just bought my first set of clubs. Robert walked me through the whole process and made everything super easy for me. He kept very conscious of my budget and couldn’t have been more patient. What a guy! Definitely made a fan and I’ll be back to Roger Dunn for any future golfing needs.

Feels like being a kid in a candy store. Friendly and efficient staff who took care of my club grip replacements on the spot. Large selection of pretty much everything you need in golf. Highly recommended.

Super busy because of the times were in but friendly staff. Next time I'm sure I will get some more 1 on 1 time to ask questions. I could tell they wanted too help. Bought a used club at a very fair price.

Hands down the best golf store. I drive an hour and a half one way just to go here. Best deals and selections you will ever find and there return exchange policy is unmatched anywhere else.

Funny enough it was my first time going to Roger Dunn. I started golfing over the pandemic and bought my first set on craigslist. But, never again after visiting the store. Its like toys r us for Golfers. They have hitting stalls that you try clubs before you buy them. They have literally everything golf related except for one thing. I was unable to find a driver I could hit straight. Lol. They have used clubs as well. Not just a few but hundreds of top of the line clubs just a few years old for a very reasonable price. I picked up a new driver for under $100 bucks after testing out 5 of them. I really cant wait to go back and pick up a hybrid. The staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly. The dude that helped me watched me in the stall and said hold on I'll be right back. Handed me a club to try and I crushed it. He was just as happy as I was. They really want to help not just sell you stuff. Such a pleasure.

The staff here was excellent. I am not a review writer guy but i had to thank Phil especially. We came from Turkiye last summer and luckily found this store in LA. Phil was in great help and he helped us and chose clubs for an entire set for 1,5 hours with patience. The store was great! They have everything and especially lots of second hand clubs which were in very good condition. Thanks again and again!!

Vanessa, one of the managers at the West LA store provides the very best level of customer service. that I've ever received. As a new golfer, I have much to learn as my game improves. I am blown away at the time and level of customer service that I always receive from Vanessa. She is a true customer champion and a "star" employee and manger. I wanted customers and the corporate management to know what a great asset Vanessa is to the organization. I feel like family, not just a customer. Vanessa, I can't thank you enough. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

There's no way that I could do a review without mentioning Phil, the master club fitter at this store. I have had the pleasure of having Phil work through various makes and types of golf clubs with me. He has an amazing level of knowledge, patience and kindness that you seldom see anywhere. I can't thank him enough for all of his expert guidance and time helping me sort out the best clubs for me. If you are considering a new club or an entire set of clubs, do yourself a favor and book a fitting with Phil. He's quite literally, the best!

Probably one of the best golf shops in LA/Santa Monica. Good prices. Great selection of second hand clubs. Staff is very helpful and they keep things organized. Can usually find what I am looking for very quickly.

Fun place to shop a professional looks at ones swing and can get adjusted fitting for appropriate clubs one should be hitting. Ample parking plenty of stores all over southern California stores are generally near freeways. Big stores plenty of merchandise, all the brand names nice easy no pressure environment shopping for most items necessary to golf.

I have been a customer of the WLA Roger Dunn store since it opened at that location. The service is second to none. David their manager, Phil club fitting specialist and Vanessa at the front counter and John in the club dept all make for an excellent experience at their store. Can’t say enough of how great the service is there.
