Tried this on a whim and I was pleasantly delighted by the tastes that I got to enjoy. This restaurant has an elegant atmosphere. Great for a romantic dinner or a warm get together with family. In fact I would recommend this place for a rehearsal dinner. Elegant and welcoming. Now onto the food... Delicious! If it's your first time, I'd suggest trying one of the specials. But the bread and hummus that comes while you wait was so delicious I could not wait to see what other delectable delights awaited me. I had a porthouse steak and my date duck. Both melted in our mouths. The sides complemented the feast. I was so impressed, I will be returning in the future and this will be my go to date place! The hostess and the server were also very sweet and helpful. I'd love to everyone that worked tonight, THANK YOU!

Lovely little restaurant with good food and great service. We meet for lunch every Tuesday here. The beet salad and hamburgers are amazing! Patty is the best.

It's a very nice quiet place to have your meal with a drink. Very spacious and good ambience. The staff here also are nice.

Great food. Fun relaxed atmosphere. Nice outdoor space as well. Everything on the menu is delicious! Very good selection of wine. Ask for some of the Old Soul reds they carry. John the owner is a great guy. A good place for families. Every 3rd Thursday of the month they do a wine tasting. Taste 5 wines for a nominal fee. Includes a selection of cheeses.

This was my first time here, and when I saw they had Monte Christo's on the menu, I was excited... but cautious.

The Monte Christo was fantastic! I was pleased to taste the cacophony of flavors that make up a great Monte Christo.

I was very pleasantly surprised to enjoy it with Fig jam, as well. It was a unique and tasty variation!

I have loved this restaurant right after it first opened, with the original owner. Since then it has changed hands and the new owner has kept up its quality remarkably. Great menu and not bad pricing. It’s a cute space in Old Town Monrovia.

I love Mundial! One of my go-tos for any time of day. I haven't had a bad meal yet and the staff is really fantastic. The drinks are good and the atmosphere is lovely. Save room for dessert because their chocolate souffle is out of this world. They make it from scratch so it takes about 20 minutes. So worth the wait!!

I had the steak especial very good tastey I ordered it medium came out perfect didn't even need steak sauce

We had a lovely lunch. They made my favorite for even though it is on the dinner menu. Roasted red pepper ravioli in cilantro cream sauce. You must try it! The Hawaiian salad was yummy too. I highly recommend supporting this wonderful locally owned business.

First visit in almost 10 years. The quality of the food and service was wonderful! I plan to visit again soon.

We had a private party for 38 here last evening.
The food was fantastic. The owner allowed us to decorate early. The wait staff was amazing!

We had a lovely dinner tonight. The green bean tempura is a wonderful, light appetizer, while the Argentinian eggrolls are simply spectacular. One guest had the spare ribs, which were incredibly tender. My grandson and I shared a pizza, and it was so wonderfully delicious. Our waitress brought my grandson, who is 4 1/2 years old, a dish of chocolate gelato, topped with whip cream. The dessert was courtesy of the house. Wonderful food and wonderful service! This is a place not to be missed.

Mu husband and I love their menu! Delicious, high quality food with robust flavors.

Their brunch is outstanding. Their chorizo omelette and Hawaiian bread French toast are our favorites.

Delicious and unique drinks that I can't stop thinking about! Definitely be back when I'm in Riverside. The boutique has lots of sustainable gifts and plants, which is perfect for the holidays approaching! It's a gem :)

Awesome food...I mean just awesome. We learned that they have a new chef of 2 months now and he is amazing and I would have to agree. I got the Salmon and my boyfriend got the lamb.....just unbelievable. The staff was knowledgeable and so nice and down to earth. We will definitely be coming back....and with friends.

1st of all the bartender Michael is amazing. Tonight was my first time here and I had a blast it's got all the ambiance and romanticism of a real nice fine dining place but with a relaxed air in the service. It's very very comfortable like being at home with friends, or in your favorite aunt's house for the annual Christmas party or something. Good food, good drinks, good service, good company.
