Crown Shoes

Love this place. The owner was super helpful. I told her that I have a very narrow foot and plantar fasciitis. She helped me find two pair of shoes with the proper inserts. It’s been 4 months and the two pair of shoes I bought have become my favorite to wear at work and to go out. I’m definitely going back to buy additional inserts for the rest of my shoes and maybe another pair.

I walked into this store frustrated from buying and returning 6 pair of shoes, purchased online and in store from several retailers, over the past 6 months. Nothing fit comfortably and I was convinced that my feet had become wide and misshapen over the past few years. The owner of this store was amazing- she told me to take of my shoes, looked at my feet & told me I was crazy. My feet are not wide, or warped-I just needed a good insole and shoes that I could tighten over the top of my feet to give true support. She had me try on a nice pair of italian leather sandals with adjustable straps on top and she tightened them snugly. I was shocked at how comfortable they were to walk in. Then she fitted me for insoles to go in my favorite sneakers that I was about to trash, tightened my laces so the shoe hugged my feet and it was a game changer! I have worn those shoes all day several days a week for the past 6 months and could not be happier with how they feel. I am so grateful for her expertise and genuine concern for solving my issue as opposed to trying to upsell me. Crown Shoes has a huge selection of quality shoes and the most amazing personalized service that I definitely recommend to anyone.

This place is EXCELLENT! Just needed some shoes for a hike, ended up getting perfectly sized shoes, correct for the shape of my foot. They are probably the best shoes I've ever worn and it was definitely the best experience I've had buying...anything? What an unexpected treat. Go here! Learn about your feet!

Comfortable and beautiful shoes. The owner was very helpful. She took the time to stretch the shoes for me and to find the correct fit. She quickly identified that I have short and narrow heels , but a high instep. Now I know why I've struggled with shoe sizes! Thank you.

We had the best experience at this store! The woman working there has been working there since 1976 and she gave us world class service. She took the time to find just the right fit for my sister and we will definitely be coming back here.

My friend was visiting from out of town and she fell in love with two pair of shoes, they didn’t have them her size and the lady who works there said she can ordered them and it will take 10 days. Today is the 10th day and I went over there to pay and pick them up and she said I got busy and forgot to order them. Really???? You have one job and it’s to sell shoes and you fails to even do that.
I try very hard to support small and local and they fail me over and over.
I just can’t believe it, no wonder Amazon is taking over everything.
She lost over $300 sale. I’m just here shaking my head. Unbelievable

I bought a pair of boots for 160 dollars and about a month later the heel fell off!! I brought them back on the 11th of May to get fixed and have not heard anything! Bad service Cheap Quality I don't care how long you have been there you are going down hill
