Fanny's Flowers

Fanny’s flower was referred to me by my friend. Almost everyday I passed by the shop; always wanted to check out this place. I rarely get flowers but it’s time for me to look for a good florist for my big day. So I stepped in, I love the atmosphere and the very lovely decorations in the shop. Josh is very amazing, he’s genuine and patience and is very experienced, he listened and he understood the assignment of the styles and my preference. I love the mini bouquet he made. I left the shop with a birthday present for niece and a lovely bouquet.

THANK YOU!!! Website was super easy to use, and delivery was prompt. But the BEST experience was the actual flower arrangement. I have NEVER ordered flowers online that looked as close, if not BETTER than the picture provided! Flowers delivered were simply perfect!! If the instance arises, I will not hesitate to use Fannys again!!!

We wanted something different for my mother’s birthday this year and to support our mom and pop shops. Fanny’s Flowers is located across from the Temple City post office. Luckily, they are just a quick drive from our home and Josh is so pleasant to work with. He created a beautiful, adorable bouquet of flowers for our mother and she commented how beautiful and lovely the arrangement is. We have a small dog and Josh happily worked with us to arrange the dog among the roses. He even accommodated our pick up time. Thank you Josh!

Gorgeously designed arrangement that looked just like (or even better than) the photo! My partner was delighted, and several days after we split the arrangement into three smaller arrangements to put around the house.

If I had one complaint it would be about their customer service -- not that they were unfriendly or anything like that, but it's impossible to reach them online. I e-mailed and messaged them on every available platform and received no responses. I was in a position where it was difficult for me to give them a phone call about changing my pickup time without spoiling the surprise of the flowers. I eventually was able to call, and was given acknowledgement that I could pick my flowers up earlier than initially requested, but when I went on the day I ended up having to wait for about 30 minutes for them to finish with my order. It was fine, but if I'd been pressed for time it may have ruined my plans.

That said, I would definitely buy from them again.

Our flowers turned out excactly how we wanted. Josh was amazing and easy to work with. In addition to beautiful flowers, they were also delivered on time for our event.

I have purchased Fanny’s Flowers arrangements, for delivery to my mother for Mother’s Day, the last two years. I live out of state and must order flowers via internet sites. After receiving her arrangement this week, my mother called me and expressed that she thought her arrangement was the most beautiful she had ever received. She also stated that she remembered I had ordered from Fanny’s Flowers last year. Also noteworthy, she was so pleased with her interaction with the delivery person. My mother opened her side entry
door to retrieve the arrangement placed at the front entry door. My mother is 90 years old. The delivery person ran from the delivery vehicle and retrieved the arrangement for her. My mother was also very appreciative for the kind words stated by deliverer. Mom stated she would be calling Fanny’s to express her gratitude. Well done Fanny’s!

It was super easy to order online. The flowers were beautiful and looked exactly like the photo I had seen on the website. They were polite when they deliver the flowers and it was in a timely manner on the day that I requested. Tulips were really beautiful.

Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement you made for my mom! The experience was great from start to finish! When speaking to someone on the phone while placing my order, I explained that my mom had recently broken her ankle and the delivery person was so helpful to bring them in the house and set them up for her. So glad to be able to use a local florist!

The arrangement I ordered looked just like what I saw on the website. Very pretty! The flowers were delivered in a timely manner the day of the order. Very pleased and will use Fanny's flowers in the future.

I received an bouquet for a special anniversary and wow! The flowers are spectacular. I especially love the orange English type roses interspersed and orange is not my favorite color! But the rises were not ordinary. They were opened up and gorgeous. I also loved the green chrysanthemum type flowers. Ok not like the funeral kind. These are to balance out the other colors in the arrangement. Fanny’s, you really out did yourself! Thank you!

Great prices and beautiful flowers! I ordered a same-day-delivery arrangement, and Fanny's kept me updated every step of the way. They even sent me a snap of the actual arrangement that would be delivered to my grandma, and let me know when the flowers were successfully delivered! They turned out even more beautiful than the original photo on the website.

Flowers, flowers, flowers! I had ordered flowers for Mother's Day from Fanny's and they totally delivered. The flowers were gorgeous and they are super fresh. You can tell because some of the buds were just opening which allowed them to last so much longer than other flowers that we've bought in the past.

Fanny's knows how to put together an arrangement that is both stunning and long lasting.

Ordering the flowers online was super simple. And the best part of the customer experience was the picture I got before they delivered the flowers! They actually sent me a photo before they had it delivered so I would know what my mother-in-law was receiving. That's real customer service!

I'll definitely be using them again for flower delivery in the San Gabriel Valley.
