The tropical bouquet for our memorial ceremony was stunning! The staff were extremely helpful and professional, and I was completely satisfied with my whole experience. An added bonus was reconnecting with someone whose children had been kindergarten students of mine several years ago!

I ordered a bouquet for a friend who had a loss in the family, and Monrovia Floral was so easy to work with. I'm not even in Monrovia myself and they talked me through the flowers in the bouquet I wanted, including making a substitution for a flower that wasn't available. Plus, they coordinated delivery after their usual hours - at NO extra cost - to accommodate my friend's schedule. It meant a lot to get a gorgeous bouquet to my friend and such great customer service!

I have been using Monrovia Floral for years to send my Mom flowers. I live in North Carolina and wanted a local flower delivery service to bring her sunshine to her office on special occasions. I liked the attention she would get from her coworkers when the fabulous arrangements showed up. Having grown up in Monrovia, CA, the only place that I knew that would do a wonderful job in flower delivery is Monrovia Floral. The flowers were beautiful and the balloons added to Mom’s birthday celebration. They were the focal point of her table decoration and have been enjoyed longer than her actual birthday. It was also great working with Lori, who was so very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great delivery and kept the sender information confidential and verified with me before releasing the information. The flowers were to a coworker and I thought the initials of the region was enough but it wasn't hahaha so the flouriest wanted me to verify before telling the receiver who had sent the flowers. It was awesome service and awesome flowers! I will most definitely come back Monrovia Floral, its the little things that make this place special!

The living arrangement I ordered for my friend after her mom’s passing was absolutely gorgeous. It was in a wood twig basket that was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen and the arrangement was loaded with beautiful plants including an almost full size peace Lily. My friend loved it.

Monrovia Floral recently did the flowers for my mother-in-law's memorial service at Zooks. I was absolutely thrilled at the results! The owner was very gracious, caught my vision, and color ideas so well. She created a gorgeous easel spray of peach and cream roses and soft peach Gerber daisies around a large portrait of my mother-in-law. The floral arrangements for the reception were beautiful also. I highly recommend Monrovia Floral.

As soon as I made my order online they called to follow-up, especially since I put a same day service, but made the request in the afternoon. I was not sure if they could do it, and it did not matter to me either way, but I appreciated the immediate follow-up to coordinate delivery.
