Regal Medical Group Urgent Care - Arcadia

I slipped and fell at work, and they send me to this urgent care for check up. They set up intake forms outside of the clinic. Receptionist will come out and greet each patient Receptionist was very kinda and nice. Covid protocol is practice in this clinic. For example, body temp was checked, mask was required, and social distancing was enforced. There is only one physician working here, so wait time could be long. Staff was very friendly, and I had positive experience here.

There are plenty of parking spots here. It is not an issue at all.

In my opinion, Regal Medical Urgent Care in Arcadia, Ca. is a jewel of a place to get EXCELLENT medical care! My personal physician seems to be double booked these days so, I went to Regal. I have never been so attended to with such compassion and kindness from a medical facility! Dr. Peter Tan, Debora York, Dominique, Salvatore, and the very sweet receptionist whose name begins with a G; I also was attended to once before by Dr. Wang. I am sure there are other staff members whose names I do not know; all of these “Professionals “ get an A + from me for their care. It is people like this team, who have properly fit into the puzzle of fulfilling their call to medical profession.

There was a male nurse who help treat me during urgent care assessment. He was really nice, professional and empathetic. I appreciate there COVID protocols (outdoor waiting area).

I was visiting the area on vacation when a bug bite I received a week earlier flared up and became infected. Based on proximity to the hotel I chose this Urgent Care. I arrived at 8:45 and learned the dr arrives at 9:15 but with the paperwork that needed to be filled out, the wait wasn’t long.

I found all the staff, from the receptionist, to the attending nurse, Dominic, to Dr. Tan all very friendly, polite and caring. I was nervous as I was from out of town and unfamiliar with the area. There is a drug store across the street where they called in the prescription. Easy to get to.

I recommend this facility based on my very positive experience.

Dr. Tan is great, his staff Debbie, Dominic, Christina, Salvador and all the others are very professional and very helpful! I call or go into the office and get treated like family! Thank you guys so much!

I finally had someone listen to my symptoms and take xrays without the BS! MY NURSE WAS A MALE NURSE VERY KIND EASY TO SPEAK TOO .Iwas a nurse for years and they gave me answers great place to be seen if you need answers with no judgements and be treated with respect...... Thank you everyone who helped me and thats how u run a successful buisness .

Christina & nurse Debbie were very helpful and answered all my questions. Service was great I highly recommend this urgent care.

Absolutely a very nice place for people in need of TB Test [ I recommended here ... ], they charged reasonable. Receptionist, Nurse and Physicians are friendly. 👍 😊
