Horrible experience bought 4 dozen roses for my wife for her birthday day they advise only one , he ask can we deliver next ,totally defeats the purpose of birthday flowers. Nothing for the dropping the. Ball manager really rude. DONT SHOP HERE.

I ordered a 100.00 plus arrangement for a co worker's birthday on a friday morning before they opened. I called about 1:00PM and asked for status. They told they could not give me an ETA since they were busy with graduations. I called back and asked if I could just go pick it up. The website gave an address that was one block away. They said no pickups. I called again at two and was told it was on a route. That it would get to me by the on-line guarantee that it would arrive between 9 and 3pm. I called again at 315pm and was told there was no way they could give me an ETA. They were too busy. I told them I wished I had just picked it up. He said he could make another one for me and I could pick it up. I said yes. Then he texted me the address. It was somewhere in downtown L.A. I am in Pico Rivera. The online address was bogus. Needless to say I am very disappointed. My co-worker had to leave. I will never never use them again. note: I later called after 4 and they said I would be issued a refund

Bought a $100+ arrangement today and they looked nothing like the picture. It was as small as the bouquets you get off the freeway. The flowers were wilted too. Will never buy from this flower shop again. It's as if they put no effort into their work.
