The service here is great! The associates are so friendly and helpful! The boutique is beautiful and in a good location within a short walk from parking. I’m always happy shopping here.

A decent sized store with helpful staff and a good inventory and selection of the latest styles.
They are also very helpful if you need a shoe stretched or repaired by an approved cobbler in the area.
Prices are as expected.

I have been a customer of Neiman Marks for a long time but will never buy from them again - customer service is unresponsive, salespeople are only looking for their own commission.

I bought Christian Louboutin shoes from the fourth floor of Neiman Marks. When I opened the box at night, the bottom of the shoe was dirty and the strap was tearing.

The next day, I went to exchange, first they said that we don't have that size anymore and we can repair it, then when I asked for a refund, they refused and said that you used these shoes yourself and accused me of lying, so I left the shoes there. I bought the same model and size again from the Christian Louboutin boutique

Neiman Marcus customer service didn't do anything and worse, they didn't accept my words at all
I preferred to leave the shoes there and go out
My day was ruined by arguing with them
I will never shop there again
Walk a little further and make your purchases from the boutique of the same brand to receive better services

What a luxury to have this incredible boutique a mile away from my home! Hector is so great, he really goes above and beyond to get me and my bestie Emily everything we want! And we want a lot lol. But seriously, it's about the service. I could buy these products online but I love going into the boutique. Hector is like a friend and I have his personal cell.

I came in a couple days ago to buy myself a pair 9f Christian Louboutin for my birthday. They have such a lovely variety of shoes! Hector assisted me in choosing the best pair for me and he was so helpful! I am more of a round toe shoe kind of girl but Hector made me aware of a new style called Dolly, in honor of Dolly Parton, and they are round toe shoes. So they were perfect! However my foot is on the wider side so I tried my usual shoe size and it looked lovely but my foot was a little snug, so I asked to try a half size up. Unfortunately, they did not have the half size up but instead I tried one size up and it fit way better due to my wide feet. The only issue was I had a gap in the back of the shoe. Hector recommended trying an insole to see if it fit better. So I tried it and it fixed the gap and I could finally feel the shoes for what they were. The look so lovely and as the heel on these shoes aren’t super high I could easy see myself conquering the world with them.

Finally got to see one of his stores in person.

Best shoes I have ever bought, and will continue to buy.

The gentleman named Mark who helped me was amazing. In fact the whole staff was amazing. They made me feel very welcomed and they were very patient in helping me choose the right pair of shoes. It was a shoe shopping experience of a lifetime . Buying a pair at the Rodeo location is an experience!! It’s no wonder you find a line out front when come here, totally worth the wait. If you’re going to buy a pair of Loubi’s I recommend doing it at this spot! You’ll walk out feeling like a Star! Thank You Mark!!

Today was absolutely delightful at this Le Boutin! We met Hector who was warm and inviting, professional and loads of fun! He made the experience one we will never forget. We had great service and conversation and he was so prompt in finding exactly what we wanted. He made the day so special for my daughter’s 18th bday! I will not go to any other Le Boutin going forward and will I try to order anything for future from this boutique. It isn’t stuffy or rude in this shop. They all were friendly and I would purchase from any one of the employees we met today. Hector is phenomenal though and I can’t wait to shop with him again!
