Thank you Jesus for a great sales experience, and if you go get a nice new BMW at McKenna they got a couple of guys over there that know the technology Victor help me get the basics phone connected and a few things it was like late Friday night so I appreciate that. I came back the next day and had a great experience with Clarence he was extremely knowledgeable with the 760 I bought, he spent a lot of time going over this beast of a car. I had the best experience out of many times at any dealership as here. I was there 3 times to make a big decision and never felt pressured and absolutely never rushed even after closing time.

In all my time owning a BMW I've never received better attention or customer care then with Mr. Rivas from BMW Norwalk. I had an issue with a newer model x5 and when it came down to the third party warranty to handle the claim they (third party) instantly became a headache. Edwin Rivas assured me from the very beginning this might happen and that he will do his best to resolve the matter. YES, he did in fact make sure my vehicle was properly taken care of and in a timely manner. I can't thank him enough and the parts department especially the supervisor Norm for the diligence that was required for this entire process and the warranty claim. We had the best experience over the weekend and got an amazing deal on a beautiful i4 eDrive 35! Highly recommend using Jakob and Deborah! We are on the Westside so it’s a bit of a drive to McKenna but definitely well worth it. They have a huge selection; much more than dealers closer to us.

Jakob was super responsive over text and phone while working out the details prior to arriving (which included a trade in). Deborah joined to help us out once we arrived and the whole experience was seamless. There were no surprises on price and terms and they honored what was discussed via text earlier in the day.

What set them apart was the complete absence of pressure or price negotiation hassle, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships I've visited. I also want to give a well-deserved five-star shoutout to Victor for his in-depth explanation of the vehicle features and the BMW app.

McKenna BMW are great dealership, I just purchased the X7 yesterday. Bri is a great saleswoman, she is easy to communicate and helpful when negotiating the deals, she is the best sales I’ve talked to. Michael (finance manager) made the process very easy and helpful, talks everything very detailed. Best BMW dealer in Los Angeles, looking to buy BMW in the future, definitely check them out. I also want to add that Victor is a great guy after the purchase, he shows all the features of the car and explained very detail.

My experience with Mckenna was the best buying experience for a new car ever! They were very straight with me on price and didn’t try to push buying addons. They are fair, honorable, and very customer focused. Even after we committed to the purchase, they treated us like family. First of all, James was extremely patient and diligent in making sure we found the perfect car for me. We did a test drive on a few cars and came back the next day before closing time to get our baby m440i cv (and absolutely in love with her). James guided us smoothly through the whole process and stayed with us after hours to make sure we are happy. On the next time we came back to get the detailing done. My experience at McKenna was beyond amazing, top to bottom.

Big thanks to McKenna bmw and to Noah Schmerling. This is my 4th BMW from both of them. Leasing a new car can be such a complicated process thank you for making it such an easy experience. I went to shop around to different dealerships and different brands and it was not the best experience. If you want someone to actually listen and answer your questions or concerns honestly please give Noah a call. I’ve been spoiled by Noah and McKenna BMW that I know when I’m getting the run around from other dealerships. I called Cerritos ford for a quote on a bronco never called me back, I called crevier bmw refused to answer basic questions about the lease incentives available. Save your self some time and headaches and go see Noah.

This place is attentive and adheres to "old school" "customer 1st" principles. Firstly, the owner leaves his direct # on the dealership service voicemail recording, in the event you are not satisfied with your experience, you can contact him directly. Secondly, I've been here twice and I already know everyone I've dealt with by first name (Mark , Pat, Ray, Juan). Lastly, they were prompt and professional each time even when they were busy. Buy your next luxury car here if you want the be treated fairly by friendly staff.

Had a great experience the moment I walked into this dealer. It even started before then when I submitted an online inquiry and the Sales Manager Duc Nguyen reached out and was very helpful. At the dealer I was helped by Bri and she provided friendly service and very accommodating. Even the rest of the team that were not helping me directly were very friendly as well, all natural and not forced in any way. The other manager Terry is also great and knowledgeable.

Had a great experience with my lease trade-in and getting my next BMW. Matthew Rodriguez was phenomenal and an absolute pleasure to work with and Nicole in finance was just as amazing and funny.
