Loved it! The complimentary card they provide comes in handy since I had this delivered to a friend who just gave birth in Arizona. So I’m glad I got to congratulate her via greeting card. She said they look gorgeous and can’t believe they're gonna last for five years.

Very friendly and helpful staff that took care of all my requests in a cordial and patient manner. Not only did I receive a standard order confirmation, but also a Thank you email signed by the owner - it´s the small details that count. International delivery was reliable and very well timed for Valentine´s Day. I am very happy with the gift of my choice and so was it´s recipient, whose joy upon delivery attests to the quality of both the product and the customer service.

During this quarantine, I ordered a box to deliver, it arrived in exactly 6days and in a Perfect condition! I cant believe how fast they work 😮 I dont even get my packages that quick when I order from the same country where I live... So I came here last minute to get a royal blue preseved rose for a friend of mine and I'm so glad I did! As you walk in you can smell all the beautiful flowers!!! You can tell the flowers were fresh and vibrant. They have the largest selection of everlasting roses in town. I forgot the younger woman's name was but she was so polite and willing to help out and put together a last minute arrangment in no time at all. It came out so elegant and modern I was absolutely in love! I'm definitely coming back.

Friendly, love all the rose creations, especially the panda one can hold for 5 to 6 years. Pricey but so beautiful.

Not so good: I tried to cancel an order that was placed less than 20 minutes ago due to money reasons. When I reached out, I was informed they do not accept any cancellation and the representative directed me to read the policy on FAQ page. As a customer, I wish your cancellation policy can be more accessible & visible in the checkout process , and be more flexible.

The roses disappointing. The packaging was the issue. The product arrived damaged.

WORST customer service and the roses are horrible. Be careful when ordering and paying extra for two day shipping because if your rose(s) arrive late, they will blame it on the 3rd party vendor (UPS or FedEx) or on COVID. You get more for your money with Venus ET Fleur and their quality and service is amazing. My husband wanted to try other companies such as The Only Roses and it was a huge mistake. Be very careful.
