Had a scheduled routine oil change and service. Arrived to 7 employees nearby in the service bay yet stood by my car for 5 minutes wondering if I was invisible before someone greeted me. Estimated time 90 min, took 2.5 hrs, then 20 minutes more for my car to be pulled up after I paid because it was somehow “off lot.” Big sign in service bay congratulating themselves for how much work they did in a month. Do less and do it better. Shouldn’t take over 3 hours of my day for a scheduled oil change.

Waiting time for fixing AC on Niro EV is 1.5 month. And after that they brought extremely dirty car and nobody even said sorry for waiting time.
PS no loaner car, no rental one
