The best place to train in Antelope Valley. Richard is a Great coach and the people there are very kind.

Super awesome CrossFit gym. Richard was great. Was dropping in from San Francisco for a 6 AM class. Seemed like a great community. Got a lot of good cues for my clean and jerk.

Amazing gym! Great group of people, both the coaches and the other athletes. I was in from out of town, Coach Richard made me feel right at home and also gave me a really tough workout. It’s really helpful that they have classes so early. I’ll be back, for sure!

Amazing peach me work out class on Sundays at 7:am. Sena the class instructor goes around and makes sure everyone has proper form and helps motivate you. It's a fun upbeat circuit training class that I enjoy going too. All fitness levels are welcome.

I highly recommend this gym! Their hours are their actual hours! You get different exercises everyday that works the full body. Clean and knowledgeable staffs.

City in California

Palmdale is a city in northern Los Angeles County in the U.S. state of California. The city lies in the Antelope Valley of Southern California. The San Gabriel Mountains separate Palmdale from the Los Angeles Basin to the south. On August 24, 1962, Palmdale became the first city in Antelope Valley.
