Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis Downtown

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say that the exceptional service and hospitality exceeded my expectations! The true standout, however, was Mark Brown, the general manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my family's comfort and satisfaction.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean and spacious rooms, a delicious breakfast, and a great location. But it's Mark and his team who truly make this hotel shine. If you're looking for a hassle-free stay with exceptional service, look no further, and ask for Mark Brown. He'll take care of the rest!

My family of 5 had a great stay! It was a wonderful setup for us. The babies could sleep in their pack n plays in the front room and the rest of us could close the door to the bedroom area and still stay up past their bedtime without disturbing their sleep.
Everything was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and evening reception, it saved us lots of money we would have spent eating out. Plenty of high chairs available which was nice. We even had a meal in our room thanks to the dining table!
The pool was a bit underwhelming and hot tub was closed, but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t pay for valet parking, but found another lot a few blocks away for half the price. We easily got around downtown via walking and the metro stop right around the corner. Very pleased with how easy it was to navigate without a car. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here earlier this month for the Pulse Conference. Admittedly, some of the reviews I read gave me pause. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality of the room, the check in process was a breeze. It was super close to my event location. They were super accommodating and held our luggage for our departure. They checked in with us frequently. The small reception in the evenings upstairs was lovely and peaceful. Breakfast was fresh and hot. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff was wonderful to boot.

Our wedding night hotel was here. Didn't ask (we are gold members if that matters) but they upgraded us to a suite and it was an amazing end to a perfect night. Very spacious with high ceilings.

this hotel is walking distance to anything you would want to do as a tourist in St. Louis, including The Arch and Busch Stadium. very clean with kind valets. great breakfast and reception and this list of restaurants nearby is one of the most thoughtful things i’ve ever seen. we had a great stay!

Great service all around. We left a blanket of one of my sons and everyone was very helpful to find it and return it. The room was spacious and the hotel was clean.

The valet parking attendants were incredibly helpful as well.

Love this hotel! The lobby is small and misleading but the reception room / breakfast room is cool. The rooms are spacious albeit some have odd shapes. The views are so-so but what can you expect in downtown St. Louis? The evening reception was good but they could use better snacks. The fitness center was decent and the pool was nice. The valet parking was a little steep particularly with very few if any other options. But being within walking distance of several restaurants and bars and other sights to see was great.

I enjoy everything but the music playing all night in the building across the street. Other than that, my stay was perfect

We had a wonderful stay here. It is a great location, and our room was great. The breakfast line was long, but that was likely due to it being sold out the night we stayed. The pool and hot tub were decent and our kids enjoyed them. The employees were all very helpful and kind. They really made the stay. We will be back.

It was amazing. The breakfast was so delicious, the rooms were awesome, and everyone was so kind. The valet people were great and everyone there was caring. The pool was being renovated so we missed out on that, but other than that, this place was awesome.

This hotel is great. Checking in was easy. The ladies at the front desk was friendly and answer my questions about the area. We ate dinner at the hotel. Which was great food. The breakfast was fabulous. I did choose to use the valet. Which I never done before. The guy was friendly and explain how it work. I would stay here again. The location was great and well lit outside.

I thought this was a great stay…service was excellent. I was upgraded without asking or being a previous guest. Also, the breakfast was phenomenal. I was only in town for a short stay but the hotel had a happy hour and was super close to the Cardinals stadium for in season travel and other entertainment/bar/restaurants. I would 10/10 stay here again…awesome staff, really enjoyed it!!

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was amazing! They were accommodating and extremely kind, my children said "they were the nicest people ever!" The furniture was slightly dated, but the rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

Legitimately one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel, let alone Hilton property! I could not find anything to honestly complain about. The staff was incredibly friendly and timely with all requests, the breakfast and dinner service were amazing and the evening reception can't be overlooked.

Valet service is 45$ overnight *but* you do not have to pay for in-and-out service like you do in most of St. Louis so it is a great service.

Location was amazing, close to everything but far enough away from the Arch and ballpark to not get their traffic (but still close enough to easily walk (or stumble!) to and from)

Great service, rooms, and location. I was at another property that wouldn't allow me to check-in in a timely manner. Embassy Suites Downtown saved the day by finding a room for me on short notice. The property is elegant and our room was spacious. Valet service was courteous and prompt, as mentioned, the front desk was helpful, and housekeeping was efficient.

Dylan and Kat are AMAZING! Their combination of patience, kindness, energy, and going above and beyond demonstrates a commitment to exceptional customer service. Kat and Dylan not only fulfilled their roles but also created a positive and memorable experience for my group during our stay. Acknowledging and appreciating such efforts can encourage a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the establishment.

I couldn't even begin to guess how many different hotels I've stayed in throughout my life, and this one has hands-down been my favorite! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly (Lorraine, the F&B Supervisor, deserves some kind of award). The room was incredible. The facilities were impeccably clean. My only complaint is that the pillows were too soft because I prefer firmer pillows. And if that's the only problem someone has in a hotel, that's a heck of a win. Honestly, I was so impressed with this hotel that it will me our go-to hotel in St. Louis for the future, and I'll intentionally seek out Embassy Suites as a brand when I travel elsewhere. My wife and I were both very pleased. Very, very well done.

We had a great time here. Staff friendly and goes out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Breakfast included was great and happy hour provides free drinks (530pm to 730pm). Hotel is right downtown walking distance to the Arch or the ball park. We would gladly stay there again.

Very nice rooms, priced right and location is in a area with other entertainment.
