The store is clean and tidy. Good selection for all sports. Not the biggest store but has good selection. Staff helpful and nice.

Nice clean store PACKED with goodies for everyday, and great Christmas sales. A wide variety in this location!
And a huge shout to Issac (in the shoe dept.) for his help and upbeat attitude despite the fact that he was the only salesperson in that very busy department at the time - if he was flustered, he never let it show, nor hamper his helpfulness.

BIG "Big 5". They really have extremely competitive prices compared to another popular sport store nearby. Why this store is not crowded amazes me.

Some good sales, they have shoes, sporting goods, and this store sells ammunition.

My favorite store. Not only because it close by but mainly because they have great customer service. They always answer the phone and are quick to give you the help you need in person. All the staff are very froendly and knowledgable. They have an awesome selection of items in many different fields. My faorite are electronics and knives followed by eyewear. The clearence section also id full of good stuf and their online coupons are great along with the daily deal. They have plenty of parking and aver c lo se tothe freeway. I recently got this motorolla wifi camera that work amazingly well. Also i got it at a killer deal.

El Segundo and Torrance location have the best customer service I have ever experienced! A huge thanks to Chase @Torrance and Angel@ ElSegundo for going way out of there way to help me find the perfect gifts for my son. In a time when people don't even give eye contact anymore they both spent time helping me and were so genuine with the time spent. I can not tell you how much this means to me. We are all carrying so much stress these days and these two gentlemen made my life easier. I will definitely be coming back again & again. You really can't beat the prices and qaulity either.

Great place for home exercise equipment and camping gear! Hubby loves this place for sporting goods! It may seem odd but I like it too help me build my emergency home kits. We also love the shoes, blankets, backpacks, and games! All very reasonable prices!

I have been coming here since I was a kid, always checking out the newest airguns. As an adult, I can sometimes find good sales on ammo. Customer service is good. Always fun to check out all the other sporting goods. The quality isn't too great though when it comes to the ultra cheap stuff on sale such as the folding chairs and canopies, but for the price you can't go wrong.

Love the service. 2 ladies helped. With 2 heavy canopies. They were awesome!! I would tell all my friends to go there. Great service from the ladies. I don't know if men work there but not one came to help me or the ladies lift or take both canopies to my car. Have to say they suck. Ladies keep up the great work. 👍👏👏💪💪

I felt safe shopping at Big 5. I was happy to see implementation of face coverings and employees cleaning. I help care for a high risk quadriplegic, people and business keeping everyone safe is very important to me.
The customer service is great and the prices are good. I definitely recommend shopping at Big 5!

Called inquired after the product I wanted. They had it! I could order online have it sent or pick up at store. Nice sales girl had the item on hold for me at the register, paid and left. Masking encouraged while in store.
