Horrible service!!!! I'm not giving no stars. My son had an appointment and he was seen 2 hours after his appointment. The Doctor did not explained well either. They have a lot of nurses and secretaries but they seem to just be talking with each other and not working. I have been calling for 2 days in a row to get history on my son got done and they keep transferring my call to the lab and it rings then the voice mail picks up and says that the voicemail is full. I call back again and they transfer my call to another lab office or person and they don't answer, i left 2 voice messages already and after day 2 i still haven't received no call back. I've been calling all day and i still can't talk to anyone that can help me!!!

Zero stars!! Ever since the Aria clinics meshed together. For some reason costumer service has declined significantly! I'm not sure who the manager is but every time I go here girls are rude and talk to you like you're annoying them and they just want to move on. When I call over the phone it's no better, they never answer and when they do they are very rude and try to rush you not even asking for your symptoms or how you're feeling. I understand the pandemic has been difficult for many health care workers, but you guys need to reevaluate and realize you shouldn't be taking it out on people who are sick and simply want to be seen..very disappointed in the service here ever since it reopened. My mom and other acquitences are always complaining about the horrible service as well.

De lo peorcito en clínicas, es una lastima que en los Estados unidos existan todavía este tipo clínicas... No la recomiendo! Si tienen la posibilidad de buscar en otras ciudades aledañas! Cómo Handford, Fresno. O algún otro lugar con personal más competitivo. Haganlo está clínica deja mucho que desear...😠
