Mountain View Motel

Excellent Hotel for a great price. Very clean, comfortable, nice beds, big refrigerator. Quiet location. Marie the manager was very accommodating, professional, and polite. I highly recommend this place.

When my car broke down near Bishop, I spent three nights in the Mountain View Motel. The room was immaculate and comfortable, and the amenities were ample. In these Covid days, nearby stores and restaurants were limited -- but as soon as Raj, the manager, understood my circumstances, he drove me across town to a grocery store, and throughout my stay, he kept checking in with me to see if there was anything I needed. All things considered, it was as pleasant a three-day stay as possible. For an inexpensive, clean, comfortable motel, I'd definitely recommend the Mountain View.

It was very clean which is most important for me. Secondly the wifi was incredibly fast, better than I have at home. Also the room was large, the tv good with lots of stations, it came with a fridge. This was one of the best budget motels I have stayed at.

I am a local resident in the Sierra's. Over the past month or so, I have seen impressive improvements to the Mountain View Motel. The "NEW" management staff is incredible! The rooms are clean, the grounds are maintained and the pool is freshly redone. The new manager there is a great lady. She goes up and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I will continue to send my friends, family and co-workers to the Mountain View Motel.

Perfectly located for all those that like fishing and hiking in the upper elevations like SouthLake and Sabrina but rather sleep on a bed than a sleeping bag. Its not a fancy place but it has all the necessary things to make it a comfortable stay. The new management is great.

For the type of motel this is, it's a very good place. CLEAN and well maintained. It's location off the main highway through town made it much quieter as well. The young couple managing were freindly and helpful and their young daughter was a delight.

This was phenomenal for the price! Most important thing to me is cleanliness, and I was happy there. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Arrived later than expected and the staff was really accommodating to make sure we could still get a room. A great distance from lotsa cool scenic stuff, as well as close enough to the main drag it's easy to walk somewhere for dinner!

We stayed there for 2 nights but barley spent enough time at the motel.
It's has a swimming pool. Breakfast inudes cerial, muffins, bread and butter and oatmeal.
Located nicely in the middle of multiple attractions.

Overall it's was good for the price

Clean room, no smells, firm bed, and friendly staff. A+ in my book considering the price. If you want better quality go spend some more money. This place gets the job done for the right price.

A very nice very cozy motel for a wonderful price. Free wifi and continental breakfast. Breakfast from 7am-10am. Very warm helpful staff, rooms are very clean and newly renovated. I would highly recommend.

This place is not as bad as the reviews make it seem they have a nice pool open 9-9 a continental breakfast not much but better than nothing the bed was comfortable the room was clean the manager was extremely nice professional and attentive I would recommend this place to anyone my daughter is staying here for a 13 week travel nurse assignment facility is right down the street close to food and downtown...Thanks guys!!!

Our two night stay was very relaxing at Mountain View Motel. The staff were polite and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more at this price!

Best place ever the land laid and owner r really nice me and my coworker stay there when we were in a bundle she was really nice it's a barbecue pit and it's a really nice area to be in the very friendly very hospitality

I will tell you what, I love this Motel, I stayed there for months and not once did I have any problems, I even talked to other guest and hung out with them in other rooms and not once did I see or here of anyone having any problems at all with Bed Bugs like someone had posted here, Not only will I be back to stay again but I will be sending all my family that is going to Bishop for 3 MONTHS to this Motel.

Very clean and the beds were comfy. Raj and Maria were really nice and helpful.

This location was a great pleasure and the people especially the clerk who helped me get checked in was so very helpful and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better place to sleep..
