Wendy's

Wendy's is my go-to for a quick, cheap snack on the go. Usually the biggie bag with a double stack! Their beef tastes superior and I've heard that it is. Their buns are so soft and fluffy and the bacon is always crisp and perfect! I don't have any photos because I always inhale it lol no time for pics 🤣

Their salads are also exceptional if that's more your vibe! Summer berry salad is my favorite!

I was there on Feb 10 around 5 and I just really wanted to shout out Jonathan. He was extremely helpful and was genuinely concerned that we were waiting a while for part of our meal. (It was during dinner rush so I understand the wait)
But he even took time during his break to bring us the rest of his meal while he was heading to sit down.
Thank you Jonathan, your kindness made mine and my boyfriend’s day!

Just want to say, the gentleman working at the drive-thru was very professional and had the best customer service I’ve had all day. Making eye contact, conversation, and making sure everything was correct. Yes it’s fast food joint, but you don’t get customer service like this anymore everywhere. Thank you

Customers are so rude with the i want it now era. I just wish i could just tell these people to relax its lunch time the drive thru is full and you are in a long line. They will get to us as soon as they can.Crystal is great every time i go in her and the crew are amazing. They go above and beyond any time i go in to eat. Keep up the great work crew.

Went here for breakfast for the FIRST time today.
I got the chicken honey butter biscuit & it was made FRESH, plus potato wedges FRESH & I was SHOCKED at how DELICIOUS, everything was!
Definitely will be going back & trying various other breakfast items!
Definitely worth trying! Always ALWAYS request, for your food to be cooked/made FRESH for best results!

Hats off to the excellent team work displayed here.
If you've ever been here then its not difficult to see that the few hispanic employees manage and maintain everything all around.
This includes making sure the customers are satisfied with their orders.

The gal who took my order (small, dark skin, young) was super sweet. I ordered the boo book and a frosty (i wanted a large and the coupons from the book are juniors) she wanted to make sure i didn't want to use one of the coupons from the book and double checked the flavors available for me. I get that its small stuff, but it matters! these days the person taking your order could care less about what you want, perhaps what you mean, substitutions or deals available that maybe you didn't know about. Or idk , some CLARIFICATION before putting it back to kitchen staff! They flat out don't care. But I got a pleasant young woman who seemed to have just a nice considerate and sincere spirit. I feel bad I don't have her name but if she sees this... Keep doing what you're doing and you'll go far in this life. We all get what we give sooner or later 😉 you're awesome, you have a beautiful energy and thanks for the great service!!!

Great food with consistent quality. They outshine the other big burger chains in the area. I enjoy their breakfast bacon sandwiches frequently.

We also will get their biggie bags they are a lot of good food for a great price. My wife and I can eat for less that $10.

This is the only burger chain in the area I frequent would recommend. Also, the staff are great.

In my experience, this store has significantly improved over the last 100 days! Shenanigans were previously strong (clearing orders that had not yet been fulfilled, inaccurate customizations), but seems to have been remedied. My mobile order was quickly and accurately prepared. The attendant was courteous and brought me a soda lid to my table when she realized I wasn't able to find one. Employees seem to enjoy working at this store.

I wish I got her name but she was so kind at the drive thru that I want to keep coming back just to be helped by her. It was a night shift lady. But she told me to have a blessed day, made eye contact with me and treated me kindly. I will be coming back more often just cause of her. I drove out of the parking lot and thought I like her I'm coming back for sure.

Just to be clear, when I give a Wendy's a five stars it doesn't mean that it's a five star restaurant, it just means that it is pretty darn good at being what it is.

Service is good, staff was polite, order was right, restaurant and restrooms were clean.

Can't really expect anything more.

I'm impressed with how calm and smooth the management seem to be with a overwhelming lunch situation. Even though it was quite a wait I didn't mind at all watching how nice and respectful the management was with some trying individuals. Good place to take a bus full of screaming kids.

The apple salad was so good. But what was better was the young girl that was at the front taking orders. I didn't get her name, but she was so sweet. She brought us our food to the table since she saw that we are seniors. Kudos to her. It was on Shaw close to Brawley in Fresno. I will definitely go back there .😋❤

Fast n courtesy service. We frequently visit this site when ever we travel up north. Clean restroom, and the staff that attended us this day was great. Went that extra mile to make the visit better. So this is why I gave them a 5 star rating.

Wendy's for me has the best burgers for a fast food restaurant. And again, they were true to form. It was delicious and, even though it was very busy, they were fast and accurate. I could eat a burger there every day. The remodel looks nice too. But I don't like change, so I miss the old decor. But that's just me. The staff is friendly and fast. Also, the cost can be high. But that isn't the employee's fault. I wish they had a truer Value Menu. But that's my only complaint.

Nice place to eat when you need a quick bite good service with no problems on my orders so far . just make sure you know what comes on your burger because one time i got a breakfast sandwhich and it came with some sauce i didnt like. It was my first time ordering that so i didnt know to ask about it.

Haven't had Wendy since I was a child. This is my husband's goto fastfood joint so I thought I'd try it again. Wow! They definitely got better and the fries are absolutely delicious 😋!

Man you got to love you some Wendy's fries with ranch 😋 & frosty on the side it can be a lil wait at times but it's worth it 😜

I've really can't remember ever having a issue at this Wendy's they're really good and take care of business..
