Always happy to help and love how they all know my name. If I saw them outside of CVS pharmacy, I’d be thrilled to hang with any of them. Great staff.

"Simply The Best"

This CVS is a breath of fresh air. Have dealt with several other nameless locations in the area with atrocious customer service. The level of customer focus at this CVS surpassed all my expectations. From the pharmacy tech (Ethan) to the pharmacist who took extra time to call my insurance company and gain authorisation for a special refill of my medication, these guys are rock stars. For me, the El Dorado Hills Target CVS and the CVS pharmacy on Palmer Dr in Cameron Park (amazing pharmacy tech and pharmacist in that store too) are the only locations I will consider doing business with when my insurance plan dictates I must use a CVS pharmacy. Both of these locations put the customer first and go above and beyond for their patients.

This is the best pharmacy EVER. Bachlong is a fantastic pharmacist. Ethan and James are also amazing. Everyone here has a “can do” attitude and it’s so refreshing to not dread going to the pharmacy. Quick and friendly service every time!

As others have said, the staff is friendly & helpful. The pharmacist goes out of his way to accommodate requests.
