Walgreens Pharmacy

I love the drive through service. It's fast, efficient, and I'm on my way again quickly. They also communicate with me as reminders when I need to refill a prescription.

The staff is incredibly kind and efficient.
Always taking the time to explain details and answer all my questions.

It a nice new Walgreens. Pharmacy is always under staffed.

I’ve given this pharmacy several chances. Unfortunately, this is the most inefficient and disorganized pharmacy in the area. If you can help it, fill your prescriptions anywhere but here.

I'm only giving this Walgreens pharmacy 1 star because it will not allow me to give it zero! I have never experienced such poor customer service at a pharmacy. The staff are rude , the lines in the drive thru and in the store are always way too long, the hold times on the phone are ridiculous, the text messaging system is not always accurate, and I've never been able to successfully fill a prescription in 1 visit. I will never use a Walgreens pharmacy again.

Understaffed - never enough checkers, inventory unpacked in aisles. Checkers they do have are slow. Lousy vaccine scheduling - make an appointment online, show up, discover they have no vaccines. Long wait at the pharmacy even if no other customers. Poor setup for social distancing. I'll drive the extra distance to CVS

Worst place. None of our prescription ready. We need to beg everytime for medicine. I asked a steroid for my 11 months old baby. They didn't understand the severity. And we had to visit 3 times and we had to call doctor to send the prescription to other store.

I am no longer filling my prescriptions here after multiple times of them telling me they were ready (notifications from the app and texts on my phone) and then saying they couldn’t find any prescriptions for me when I was waiting at the drive through to pick up. I also asked for my address to be updated during one of my visits and it never happened.

Very rude staff especially pharmacist who in charge of proceeding prescriptions and doesn't want to help patients with all pretext excuses. Definitely change pharmacy!

Awful service, cannot get prescription right from Dr; Took 5 trips to pharmacy and 4 calls with Dr to get a refill over 3 days. They are clueless.
