This is Scott. Scott is a very patient man. Scott knows his inventory. Scott has a sense of humor. He fitted me for a pair of sneakers when no one else was able to. First time in 7 months I have closed shoes on my feet. I am forever grateful.

Today (July 3) was a very busy day at Footwear. I thought people would be gone on vacation but they all came to buy shoes! I arrived before most of the crowd, and Scott was the one to help me. I'm extremely difficult to fit; I was at this store quite a few years ago and walked out without anything. But as Scott learned more and more about what my feet needed, he came up with shoes that worked. As the store got busier and busier, he stayed calm and helped others as well (there were at least two other people working there as well). I was very impressed with how he handled all the people. And impressed that he found me shoes that worked for my feet!

Always a positive experience. What shoe store can you go into and see the same, very experienced employees thru the years?
They are highly trained in feet issues and all the shoes they carry. They are patient, until you find what's best for you...a Rare experience in retail today.

Excellent customer service. I buy all my shoes from this store. Anyone with any foot issues, plantar fasciitis or knee problems needs to shop here. They help you find everything you are looking for without being pushy like other stores. I’m so relieved to have found this store.

Footwear Etc is the only store I shop at since plantar fasciitis became a problem. The customer service is excellent, and they always help me choose shoes that will give proper support. They have now also become my favorite store for sun hats. With curly hair, I have never worn hats, but I am trying to be more cautious and purchased two hats. They are both UPF 50 protected, can be folded for travel ... and everyone says they look really cute!! I love my new hats.

Total super awesome excellent customer service!! The lady from Italy totally super rocks!! If I need a pair of shoes, I know where to get, and thanks for taking temperature before entering store and giving me some hand sanitizer. They also were keen on the flip flops I was wearing. My husband needed new Birkenstock’s and I was looking for a Hobo bag. John greeted us at the door taking our temperature and showing Mike to the Birkenstock’s so the fern Hobo bag I was interested in was a color called sienna witch you didn’t have in stock but John was able to call another store they shipped it to me and I had my bag in 3 days!!
