My son has been riding with this company for months and was witnessed this week by an independent CASA volunteer to have punched my son in his arm when my son was refusing to exit the vehicle. A police report has been filed and we are taking action to have this driver removed from service. Over the last few weeks I have received numerous reports that the driver was becoming increasingly short tempered with my son, snapping at him to 'get out of my car' and scheduling other obligations in close proximity to my son's schedule, forcing him to abandon my son when he experiences behavior issues. Don't trust this service with your vulnerable loved ones.

Answering machine. Last thing you want is to wait for a call back when you need help. If you can't have someone answer the phone, then you should not be helping handicapped people.
