Memory Gardens Cemetery

This Cemetery is kept well and very Serene. We were lucky to find a perfect spot for my beloved Father who recently passed. The staff are professional, kind and caring, and made the process much easier for us.

My mother and father's niche is at the front base of the Good Shepherd statute. Top row 2nd from the left. When my parents passed away the staff was very caring.

My whole family is here.i visit over 10 graves here.clean beautiful grounds.god bless the Johnson' and Stillings family.

Since posting this review the cemetery has repaired my grandparents headstone and I have been assured that they have taken action to keep it from happening in the future. So with that I have adjusted my rating accordingly. I appreciate that they listened and made the repairs.

My grandparents are buried here and their grave site has turned into a road within the cemetery. Their headstone is taco’d from having vehicles drive over it. The lady in the office tried to tell me it was because of the dirt settling. Brass doesn’t bend because of dirt settling.

We have found this cemetery to be a quite well run institution. We have found it always well kept, clean and green. Not once have we encountered any problems with services rendered or staff. They have always accommodated our group with genuine loving care, every time. And for those reasons many of our loved ones lay to rest here. Grandpa, Grandma, and two Aunts, Annice and Murline. Many others also buried on these grounds. Most are missed fellow brothers and sisters from Martinez Church of Christ.

I came here Saturday and it was closed. But I swear the sign said open.. very disappointed . Please update your hours . And if this was my mistake then I apologize .

My parents and my twin are buried in the Stars section. My father since 1972, my mother 2005 and unexpectedly my brother 2021. Could not find father or brother, my mother grave was partially visible. Spoke to ground crew, they say it's a gopher. According to ground crew everyone is having troubles with gophers. The grounds are not maintained in my opinion. I have two graves left for my husband and I. I feel like we will be buried in the bottom basement of cemeteries. You have to complain before they do something. Which tells me the standard of care for your love one's buried here is up to you. My in laws are buried in Oakmont and it beautiful.

My husband passed away suddenly 2 years ago. We buried him at Memory Gardens by his parents. Today we could not find his grave as most of the graves were covered completely in dirt and grass. I saw a family with a shovel looking for their loved one. I am so disappointed as I believed the cemetery would be taken care of in accordance to the state law. The sight looks abandoned. No flowers or garden to speak of. This is my husband’s forever home. I wish I never laid him to rest here.

I have several family members buried here . For years this place has been going downhill. The grease is no longer grass but weeds . Grounds look terrible. They always say they are addressing the issue, but don’t. I’m so sorry to my parents for placing them here.
