Indigo Yoga & Pilates

I'm so grateful I found this studio, and this review is long-overdue! I was looking for a yoga studio with a good mix of classes, community, and a focus on yoga as a whole (not just as a workout); I definitely found it here. The space is beautiful, great schedule of classes with gentle and challenging options (I especially love Power Flow 2 with Kelly), and there's a cute shop with clothing, books, teas, etc. They also do a Friday Night Healing series with classes featuring sound healing, meditation, and more. Highly recommend!

The space is insanely gorgeous! Went for my friend Caleb's yoga class which was wonderful. Caleb is the best! They have a little shop in front with amazing crystals and other nice things for sale.

Love everything about this yoga studio! The lobby/shop is so inviting and the merch is all gorgeous (books, crystals, pillows, clothes, jewelry, tarot cards, beautiful handmade gift cards). The teachers are excellent and care about form and watch the students to help them improve.

A beautiful, clean, cozy studio - the energy always feels great at Indigo. I love love love the 6:00am class with Lily! She is so knowledgeable, caring, and makes sure to show variations of the poses for people at all levels. Lily shares mantras/readings, tips, and the history of yoga - it's incredible - she has built a wonderful community for those of us that come to the 6:00am. My only complaint is, it is only available Monday - Thursday, and I so wish Friday was an option as well!

Got to check this yoga studio thru class pass and we enjoyed it! The staff and friendly and the instructors are amazing! The atmosphere and vibe from this studio is very distinct and I always feel at peace and ease. Carly is gifted, Every time I meet her on my mat, she manages to get my body to do something that is amazingly healing and feels so right, relaxed, connected with the breath and creates so much space I did not know was there. friend (his first time to do yoga!) enjoyed Destiny's restorative yoga class, I highly recommend it. She offered this wooden chip that's placed on top of your mat and depending if you want instructors to correct you or not you have the option to say yes or no before the class starts. Overall I Love how zen this studio. I Would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

Indigo yoga has the most amazing energy and community! If yoga is more than a workout to you, then this is the place to go! Within minutes of entering, you can feel your energy shift. The teachers and community are super supportive...people get to know each other here. They have many different types of yoga and lots of excellent events and workshops.

Love this studio. The space, the vibe, the staff, the teachers are all great. Very chill!

Very friendly staff and overall positive experience for this novice yogi. I definitely will sign up for an unlimited monthly membership. My 2 weeks unlimited trial has dramatically helped me diminish my low back pain. So glad I found such a perfect local yoga studio.

Hidden gem! Friendliest neighborhood yoga studio in town featuring the best yoga teacher in the east bay, Kristen Dessange. Can't beat the first 3 classes for $30!

An amazing experience with many differing round of yoga to choose from as well as different teachers. They have a teacher training school as well.
