This is my second time buying a Subaru from this dealership and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Big shoutout to Sohail and Ronmel! Both guys were awesome in helping me get a Subaru Ascent. Came in December to custom order it, showed up in a month signed and closed same day. Service was great, they took care of me and my family and Ronmel was nice enough to give me a Car Fox stuffed animal for my daughter which she loved. I appreciate you guys!!

Bought our first Subaru for our family car here at Livermore Subaru. Danyal was very helpful walking me through all their trim levels, taking me on a thorough test drive, and even allowing me to borrow the car so we could ensure the interior space met our needs.

Danyal was unable to be there when I actually bought the car, but Cris stepped in and ensured a smooth process from negotiating, to dealing with the paperwork, and prepping the car. He answered all my questions patiently and never felt pushy at all. Also big thanks to the sales manager Carl. During our negotiations I never felt very pressured, and he was very flexible and made several concessions to arrive at a deal I was comfortable with.

Overall great experience, I highly recommend the sales staff at Livermore Subaru.

I went for a 55k service for my 2018 outback @Livermore Subaru. Everything went and I was given courtesy rental car as they have keep my vehicle for more than a day to complete all the inspections and work done.
All in all a good experiance.

I’ve already been sharing my experience with friends and family, but the amount of support I have received from this dealership I have not experienced before. They are truly invested in their customers from beginning to finish and even after I had purchased the vehicle. They made sure I was happy with the purchase and that I gained complete knowledge of how my new vehicle worked, they even gave me a $25 chevron gas card for taking the time to attend the tutorial of my car, I got two season passes for a ski resort in Tahoe, and a follow up phone call to wish me a Merry Christmas and to make sure I had everything I needed or if I had any questions. All staff really joined together to make sure I was taken care of even after the purchase. Thanks Farhad and everyone else for a great experience.

We bought our first 2024 Subaru forester here. Sales guy Zameer is very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the services.

My mom and I went in on Tuesday just to express interest and then compare the deals they had with other Subaru dealerships in the Bay Area, not expecting to leave with a great deal and brand new car! Jesus was very helpful, he came up to us as soon as we walked into the dealership asking what he can do to help us, we explained what we wanted and he offered us a deal that fell perfectly within our budget. He made the entire process very easy and headache free, and my mom and I love the new car so much!

Bringing the family car in for service is typically quite an ordeal and one I don't look forward to. We only have one car large enough for our kid's car seats, a stroller etc, so bringing in our Outback really has the potential to disrupt our day to day lives. Needless to say I was less than excited to receive the news that our car needed a major service and would need to be kept for several days.

To be honest I was a little hesitant at first thinking that the full service wasn't necessary. However, Noah explained everything very clearly (and compassionately) and didn't rush me in the decision. I could tell that he genuinely was trying to give me the best advice possible.

His communication after leaving the car was exceptional. He even took the time to promptly respond to me on his days off and was always friendly and showed that he understood that this kind of disruption could be tricky for a young family. He was very flexible, accommodating my need to come back for the child seats and even allowed me to speak to the technician about what he was seeing in the car and how we could prevent future issues. The technician (I regretfully don't remember his name) was extremely knowledgable, honest and kind even though the issues with our car were clearly due to negligence on our part (we have missed some service milestones due to not wanting to be without the car for the kids). We were given a loaner Outback for a week which was a lifesaver in terms of transporting the kids as well.

For a situation that was much more expensive and disruptive than I expected, Noah made the experience surprisingly smooth and even pleasant! I can't recommend him enough.

So happy I chose to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek at Livermore Subaru!! I worked with Wesley and he was very helpful during the whole process. He kept me updated on when my car was arriving and answered all my questions once I purchased my car. I’ve never had such quality service and a smooth experience when buying a car. Recently I purchase a used/certified Legacy sport from Livermore Subaru, unfortunately when I took my vehicle home, I noticed a sound that sounded like the wheel alignment and or the rotation was not in sync, after letting sales sales adviser Jeaus know that was happening , he then spoke to the service manager Kevin, Kevin told me to bring my car back in and he will take care of it. When I arrived at the facility, I let Kevin know that I wasn’t happy about having to come back and dealing with this noise from a used certified vehicle, he assure me that my vehicle will be in great condition when I revived it back and apologized that I had to deal with this. Wednesday, I received my car back and let me tell you Kevin, Jesus and Luis the technician went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was in great condition, changing the fluids, new tires, alignment, changed the rear wheel hub and that was bad.

Thumbs up to Jesus in sales, Luis the service technician and Kevin the service manager for going above and beyond after correcting the initial issue.

I came into the dealership hesitantly and I was met by Noah, one of the service advisors. He was very patient with me making sure to thoroughly explain each issue I had. He met all my expectations and my overall experience was great, definitely come back to this dealership again.

I bought my vehicle originally from Livermore Subaru and have stuck with them ever since. I drive a Manual Crosstrek, and recently had a sudden noise / issue pop up. I took it in, got a loaner vehicle immediately, and even to my surprise got my car back the very next day even with the hassle of dropping the whole transmission to fix the issue. All of this could not have been possible without the associate Noah helping me out. Highly recommend this location and him. Thank You Guys for helping me!
