Jack in the Box

All I will say is that the staff at this location are absolutely beautiful,every single time I stop here, I'm greeted with a huge smile,my order is read back to me and it's never wrong. If it's late and they don't have something I want,they will do their level best to accommodate me. And the food is always good too, really good. Fresh and hot,and neat. So kudos to y'all at Jack in the Box,and thanks a million for all you do!!!😎

Great place to stop when you’re going from the bay area to Tahoe. Been coming here for years and today Kevin totally hooked us up with great service.

Went there at 12pm and despite off hours the food was good and staff was courteous with pretty good speed despite only 2 workers.

I must admit most of the time I go to Jack In The Box It's just okay. But this trip had a friendly staff, really nice service, and the food seemed extra fresh! Maybe I was just hungry, but they're definitely is a difference from one Jack in the Box to another. The place could have been a little bit cleaner but then it was at the end of a shift evening and I believe it was busy up until the time I got there. Overall a great experience or maybe a very very good experience, either way for fast food you rock Jack in the Box!

Ok. A little disclosure here. This was a day of first for me. I have not been to a Jack in the Box since 1971, that's when I left the Best coast to live in the other side of this great country . To say best, I will say,"I'll be bawk". I went there for a pickup and it was my first one, that's #1 then #2 was going inside to see a clean and we'll kept eating establishment. Well lit and the staff were exceptionally nice. They had the order ready and even helped me figure out which button to push to know where to take it. They had a wide assortment available and I can't wait to go back and order one of each thing.
So if you are from around here (the Best Coast) you know what to expect, quality food and a fair price. If you're like me, not from here, you are gonna like what you see. So swing in over to Jack in the Box off Hwy 49 and get ya some! Hope to see y'all around.

I ordered a 5 piece spicy chicken strips and onion rings in a medium combo. It was really 3 what i said in the drive-thru box but what the heck Ill take some for later.
Delicious! Crispy, battererry, enough sauce packets....Im just not very into buffalo spices...for aome reason i pictured the chicken more a shake j bake alstyle spicy chicken. Besides that though, excellent food and service.

Good and speedy food service. I've only gone through the drive through, and can only say that I've had some occasional difficulty listening to the intercom as it can sound partially muffled for an unknown reason, but otherwise, I enjoy coming here.

Best chicken strips in town! Tender and jucey on the inside, perfectly cooked/crispy and not over peppered, like Burger King and Kentucky Fried Chicken. Large portions, too!

I had coupons for the Classic, Jumbo, and homestyle chicken meals. The associate at the front was friendly, and immediately greeted me. My order was fixed pretty quickly, but I wasn't in at a rush time. (I try to avoid the food rush times, in any food place) they were nice and hot, and there were no complaints from everyone. I haven't been to Jack in the Box for a long time, so it was a nice treat for me.

This is by far the best Jack in the box I've been to. The service was so friendly and helpful. The employee that helped us, Anthony, went back to the kitchen to make sure our Gluten free order was understood. It was also evident that they knew the preferences of their regular customers.

I'm old. So I may have the name wrong. Casey, maybe. An assistant manager. She is totally awesome. She steps in with her workers if it's an issue, or they cant understand u. And she doesn't belittle them, shes always smiles, very much so a people person. I go back because of her joy. I'm happy to have met her. Everyone please continue to stay safe, and have a wonderful evening.

I think short handed staff, cause drive through took 15 minutes while only 4 cars ahead at 6pm. But, VERY FRESH & VERY GOOD & FRIENDLY😃 you both seem to be working very hard.

Why would A Jack in the Box get or need a 5 star review? Well.. family and I were driving home from Sonora on Sunday night kind of late, we had planned on stopping in Angel's Camp to find pretty much everything closed so just figured we'd stop somewhere and grab something, so we pull into drive thru and had the most pleasant greeting ever thru the Box.. my daughter said must be a recording asking us to please wait, nope she comes on and I wish I knew her name but a long long drive became a trip on the Jungle Cruise at Disneyland as the person helping us was OMG funny as can be, super nice and very helpful, she had the entire staff cracking up in store, truly what the world needs.. when we pulled up and waited for order I thanked her being one of the most nicest people ever, she was thankful and as I watched her work the drive thru was just a kick, she talked like a Siri assistant and was just amazing with every order she took the whole time the employees were smiling and laughing, and yes this is still at a Jack in the Box at 10pm on a Sunday night on a Holiday weekend, not enough people in the world like this, I hope the owners of this store see this and know who I am talking about as she is a diamond

The young man who took our order and served us our food while going through the Drive through was AMAZING!!
He was courteous, patient and very informative about every item we inquired about. This young man should be employee of the year.

My favorite fast food restaurant in the world. Never ever have a bad thing to say about Jack in the box. Food is always hot and made very well workers are friendly. I just wish that Jack would build a restaurant in Lakeland Florida.
