JCPenney

JCPenney parking lot was full. I was surprised they had too much collection and full with stuff. They have good brand stuff. Price was also very good. Store is very clean. Employees are very helpful. Have big lines in cash register area. Bathroom was clean. Most of the employees have experienced. They have too much collection for man. Definitely I recommend this location for shopping.

I love this JC Penny's. A little remote but never crowded except maybe around holidays. They have a wonderful reasonably priced beauty salon which they should advertise more and highlight on the mall sign outside.

JC Penny is awesome. I found everything I was looking for and the staff is so kind and helpful. This is definitely my go to store for fashion.

This crew is very nice. Store looks great. Agnes the mgr helped me out when my card got caught up on a previous sale and she honored the prices that I ended up missing out on due to the register error!🧡

I'm happy to say what a positive experience I had with Customer Service. I received an incorrect item in the mail from JC Penney and took it back to the store. The woman who helped me was friendly, empathetic and professional. She deserves a raise. Thank you, Faith, for being so helpful!

Great sales and very good prices

Great deals and very clean store. I went in there 6 months ago. The store was in shambles. I went in to get some Levi's and it was worse than a dollar store. They had just gotten a new store manager. I spoke to Bill(William) . He asked me to come back in a month. I came back 5 months later. What a big big difference. It was clean and able to find things that were in order not in shambles. I will keep shopping here. Thank you Bill for cleaning up our JCPenney's. I know that this store had some very bad reviews. I just want our community to know what a magnificent job that Bill has done .

Could spend more time preventing shoplifting.

Always have your coupons ready for great deals. Pack your patience as there can be a wait to check out but it is worth it.

Still a beautiful JCPenny's. It's just no one shopping. There aren't a lot of employees and all of this is due to COVID-19. However, I needed wedding jewelry for the bride and found a beautiful selection at my fingertips. I was not disappointed. And I got 2 dresses on clearance for dirt cheap! Thank you JC Penny's.

Nice store. Helpful employees. Kind of a long wait at the register but overall pretty good .

Crowded because of holiday shopping, but sufficient staff that the line moved fairly quickly. Jewelry dept took care of each customer in order which made for a smooth and efficient transaction.

As usual JCPenney hasn't changed its still quite lovely very conservative family shopping I still love JCPenney

Came for Sephora (awesome service) and fell in LOVE with this store! The people were great, super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back. Our new favorite place to shop is JC Penneys!

Short staffed but this JCP was clean and had plenty of xmas gifts available. If you have a few more gifts to buy, I would highly recommend this JCP. Happy Holidays!

Photography studio. I loved the service and the photographers were very professional. plan to stay a little longer to review you photos which are uploaded to their monitored for viewing before you leave the department.
