My car just about broke down on my way home from work in Livermore to the valley. Pulled into Olsen's for some help! Cynthia stepped right in pulled up a code and had one of her tech's fix my problem at a fair price! She even squeezed me in to get me on the road in a timely manner!! This shop is operated in a very professional manner! I would definitely bring my car/cars back to this repair shop! Thanks again Cynthia at Olsen's Automotive!

Olsen's Automotive is outstanding! I'm certain the cost was far less than it would have been if I had gone to the dealer. They did a wonderful job on a major repair associated with my 2010 Highlander. Their staff was courteous, professional, and personable. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the repairs done to my 2010 Subaru Forester. I needed a lot of maintenance and they diagnosed and fixed my steering problem with appropriate repairs. There will probably be a little more work to do next year but it drives like new now. Not bad for a 14 year old car!

First time customers and so far, so good. I called for a quote on the 60k service for our Subaru Outback, spoke with Ben and got a fair quot via email fast! The dealer wants almost $3k for the 60k service, and Olsen's quote was far less. Met and chatted with the owner, Cynthia, and she was great. Both service writers were friendly and helpful. Like I said, so far, so good. We'll definitely be back! 😃. Update: this was our second time going to Olsen's, we brought our Honda in for service this time and we were welcomed as if we were long-time customers, service was fast and well done! They were willing to help my wife on short notice, who was passing through town on a road trip with 2 kids in the van. Didn’t end up needing work done, but they were happy to help diagnose a check engine light.

Once again Olsen’s did an excellent job servicing my 2014 Honda accord. All the staff especially the two gentleman running the front desk are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Olsen’s to friends and family.

Olsen’s is wonderful! They replaced my catalytic converter that was stolen in my driveway and also added the safety pan to help deter these evil people from doing this again.
