Great studio i love this place. The teachers are attentive and are not overbearing. You feel very clean, and can breath so much better after sweating out all the toxins. It has just the right amount of heat for hot yoga but i suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes early so your body can adjust.💗💗

Great experience. Can't say I love it because the heat gets to me but I know it's so good for my body. Was away for 4 years because of a knee injury. X-rays showed nothing but I was in pain for a long while. Gradually dissipated but used it as an excuse not to go back. Now 76, and went back, taking it very easy not trying too hard. Instructor very helpful and encouraging, very positive and supportive. I am improving a bit each time and my knee is okay so far. Signed up for 36 sessions and just finishing. Plan to sign up for a monthly auto deduction for unlimited sessions, will try to go from twice to three times per week. Really glad and proud of myself for keeping at it.

After moving to the area, I started off with a Groupon and loved the studio, their culture and instructors so much that I bought the year pass.

I just started coming here two weeks ago and after my first day my body was craving for more. It is the best yoga I've ever experienced.

I love takiking class with Patrick on Wednesdays at 4:30!!!! Nice and hot!!!! Follows the dialogue at a great pace to use the entire 90 minutes.

They are apparently still holding classes but advertise that they are closed. I know this because I bike past the studio, stop to peer through the window, and observe class in session. This really bums me out because I want to get back into hot/bikram yoga and this studio is close to my home. They've been "temporarily closed" for over two years now, probably longer but that's how long I've lived in El Cerrito.

I attended this studio in 2009 for the $30 intro deal. I finished out my challenge, but overall was not happy with the attitudes of the instructor and desk staff. My intent was to not go back. Seeing as it is 2017, I figured 8 years later, maybe just maybe, something had changed in me or them and I could give it a 2nd chance. Well NO! Is the answer. I purchased a Groupon and was told I couldn't use it. The lady at the desk was short with me and didn't offer me any information about a class pass or a way for me to take the class. She simply sighed and said, "we'll I hope you come back." NO! Never going back. Also I have never reviewed before. I am so disappointed that I posted a review for the first time.
