I get all my buckets for gutter cleaning from Lowe’s. I love going to Lowe’s everything is so easy to find and there are employees to help you along the way. I have definitely been using all three locations near me for at least a dozen years now and I plan to go back a lot more

Our "go-to" place for any of our home improvement needs. From big remodeling jobs to small paint touch-ups. We love the indoor plant section. We always find a plant we just can't live without. The discount offered to military personnel has literally saved us hundreds of dollars over the years. The no hassle return policy makes everything a breeze.

Like almost every other customer who goes into a home improvement store, my expectations were a little low. Imagine my surprise when I found the store well-lit, spotless and the associates friendly without being pushy. This calls for a return trip. Well done.

I come to Lowe looking for 24' inches oven kitchen. Storey Thompson, he is working at appliances department. He is really nice and professional services. He explained clearly about the product. He also told us how to use each product. I and my older sister really appreciate his professional and kindness helping. Thank you so much Storey Thompson.

Supervisor Amanda V. that assists in appliances is what made my husband's and my experience so easy and enjoyable. We had two associates before her that didn't quite seem to know what they were doing, and it was taking such a long time for them to assist us. Once she took over and helped us, she was able to accomplish what we were seeking in about 5-10 minutes, vs. the prior associate who took about 30-45 minutes to try to help us, unsuccessfully. It’s a regular Lowe’s. Just leaving a review to say this one is much better than the one in Woodbridge, if you have the choice go to the Stafford one. Less traffic getting here, conveniently located just off the highway, nicer area aka doesn’t require a bunch of police cameras in the parking lot like Woodbridge.

Went too visit the lawn & garden section on 4/27/20. I purchased 2 planters but needed assistance with selecting the perfect flowers for the planters. Being that I'm not at all a guru when it comes to lawn or gardening. The moment I went to find help, this pleasant young lady by the name of Sarah stopped & asked if I needed help, and I immediately said yes w/a sigh of relief on my face. Sarah was very quick to listen and patient! Sarah sprung into action and began showing me the different flowers she thought would work best for the planters. Too make a long story short, Sarah saved me time, money, and relieved me of the overwhelming stress I started out with! Thanks Sarah for going over and beyond your job responsibilities while also maintaining the social distancing and keeping us both safe! God bless!

Picked up some new cabinets for a beverage center. Thanks Danielle for a great design and enjoyable buying experience. Best lowes in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about Lowes. They have so many helpful team members for every department. They have great customer service in case any issues do arise and I’ve saved so much using my military discount in-store and on-line. Thanks for being awesome Lowes! Latest project was finishing a room in our basement using Lowes drywall, paint, wood, flooring, electrical, lighting....everything.

I needed special hardware and Lowe's was my go-to to get it. They have great in stock position.

I go out of my way to shop at this location, I have a different store closer to me but I absolutely adore the customer service and attitudes of employees at the Stafford location. Thank you HR or Management for ensuring your staff is 110% at all times, they rock! I had an issue with an exchange this evening and was dreading walking in with the return, I called earlier and Maddie answered the phone, I arrived with return and she instantly came over to me with the same great attitude she had when she answered the phone to help me. Where else do you find customer service like that? NOWHERE!

Jackie in the customer service department is amazingly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us in a tough situation and was very nice to deal with. She is the reason we choose Lowes over other diy stores.

Went in to browse as usual for items I don't "need to have" but would like to make work /projects easier, that just might be on sale. Service as always above standard; employee returned with a larger cart, and offered other related items.

We went in with the purpose of looking at a freezer that was on sale. The website said they had one in display which was not the case. However The lady that worked there was really helpful though and explained some of the process of getting it. She got it scheduled for delivery in a couple weeks like we needed. They were all really nice and gave out kids lollipops.

Always helpful to me! Well managed store for sure! The way it should be everywhere!

Iike going to Lowe's I can always find what I need. And I like the way they honor our Military 🪖. I just wish they would sale Military flag for every branch of service. I would like to buy a Army flag. Because. My husband was in the Army. Keep up the great work Lowe's.

I’m finally getting something to eat. But wanted to let people know how helpful Lowes is. There were so many concerns from getting the gazebo to making sure it fit in the vehicle to getting it processed with some system issues. Patrick you were helpful from beginning to end.
