Very slow unload, bring lunch. Watched the forklift driver drop a pallet on another employees foot, so watch yourself if you are helping unload.

Taking a week to deliver a coffee table from Fredericksbug to Washington DC, (1 hour distance) is disappointing.

What! A! Joke! Just outright refuse if you are bringing in a Knoll load. These clowns are soooooo slow! If the shipping guy spent as much time working as he did whining and yelling about the load, it might actually get done in a reasonable amount of time

Had to deliver furniture here had a 10 a.m. appointment they didn't even start unloading me until 12 noon 4 hours later still here. Forced me to cancel my other appointment leaving me stranded over the weekend instead of being able to go home.
