Hilton Arlington National Landing

Very comfortable, quiet, outstanding service. Stayed four nights on business. Dined in two nights. Room newly furnished, comfortable, and quiet. Good fitness center. On arrival, unable to unlock my room, staff promptly moved me down the hall, and all was good. In-hotel restaurant excellent and good value for the convenience. Staff conscientious and friendly; restaurant comped me a drink for barely slow service; front desk provided excellent local dining recommendations. Walk to Crystal City Metro a touch longer than I would have liked, but worth the amenities. Definitely coming back here.

CK took phenomenal care of us! Introduced us to an Old Fashion like no other!! So attentive, kept a great conversation. Definitely will make sure this is our hotel of stay when we’re in town for meeting moving forward!

I have to admit that I was a little concerned staying here due to all of the reviews regarding construction. So before booking, I called to get the status of the construction. My stay was fine. I didn't have any complaints. The only thing that was annoying was the parking. My mom has handicap sticker and people who didn't have decals were parking there, which is awful. People please respect folks with disabilities. I informed the front desk, and he called security. However, I am unsure how they will continue to manage that. Overall, no complaints, and it's accessible to great restaurants.

We were here in June for a business conference. We brought the kids and it was our daughters birthday. We went downstairs for the continential breakfast and the staff in the dining room went over and above to make her a special birthday breakfast without us asking. (We just asked for a lighter to light the candle we brought.) My daughter still talks about it to this day (6 months later!) They were so kind and we are so thankful.

Also, the rooms are great. There was a lot of construction happening, but it was still nice and a pretty good distance from everywhere we wanted to visit. There's tons of places walking distance from the place including a bowling alley/arcade/restaurant place that was very fun.

Honestly, the negative reviews scared me a little bit, but I can honestly say, those reviews were not accurate. We had a great stay. Yes, there was construction going on, but they do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable regardless. We didn’t hear any noise, but even if we did, they provided earplugs. We didn’t have any trouble with the elevator (some people were saying it was slow) but I disagree. The metro is walking distance which is convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants around the area. We stayed on the 12th floor and were able to easily access the gym which was great. I loved how the lobby had different flavored water everyday. Kevin and Sameer were extremely helpful over email with getting us one of the renovated rooms. It looked very modern and made our stay all the better. Gary at the front desk was extremely helpful with any question I had and had a great attitude. Overall I would come back and can’t wait to see how the new renovations will look!

I stay at lots of Hilton products by far this location is one of best Hiltons I have stayed at. Staff are amazing specially Nagwa at the front desk always helps and well skilled and well Coustmer service oriented.

This location is being remodeled. Our floor was just finished and sparkling new. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Buffet breakfast has nice selection.

I love staying here. It’s close to the airport. Consistent shuttle to and from. Rooms are always clean. Beds are very comfortable.

Yes they are under construction but I look forward to seeing the renovations! It stay here days at a time and Ive never smelt any smoke. Or heard any construction noise in the evening or early morning.

They are in the middle of a remodel, but the attempt to keep that disturbance for the guests to a minimum, was great. Room was clean, and yes could use a refresher, but they're working on it.

Food at the restaurant was great as well.

Great location. very helpful & cordial staff. clean rooms. undergoing some maintenance, yet keeping up with great facilities. highly recommended for tourists. shuttle services to DCA start at 4:30am. walking distance from the metro station with 10 minutes to all the museums and washington mall. nice restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

This was my first stay at the hotel. It is currently under construction. However, the work and noise did not interrupt my stay. The staff were sweet and helpful. We were there for an event called "blerdcon". The hotel itself was filled with people dressed in cosplay, which made the atmosphere very fun! We got up early every day to eat breakfast, which was available at 6 AM downstairs on the plaza level. They are affiliated with Starbucks, so they have a lot of their signature drinks. It is a luxurious and spacious breakfast buffet area where you can dine as a couple or huge group. I didn't get a chance to eat the hotel food, because there were plenty of food trucks from all over the country for the event we came for. The hotel room was spacious for a king-size bed, and we had a great view on the 9th floor. There's a coffee machine, refrigerator, laundry service (with a add on fee), and robe, an iron board available in the closet. The bathroom was small, but they made great use of the space with luxury fixtures. Also, the blow-dryer is available under the sink and extra towels( I hate bugging them). I believe there's a gym and sauna, too. Will have to come back to use it. Definitely plan on booking a room for the next convention. Thanks for having us, Art of the Black Lotus LLC.

Hotel is very nice however they are doing renovation right now on all floors but when it's all done it's going ti be beautiful

The place was nice, the staff was friendly. Very accessible from the airport took less than 6 minutes and love the fact they offer the free shuttle bus! Looking forward to stay again

This Hilton is overall great. The staff is super super nice and helpful! The rooms have always been very clean and spacious. It is an older hotel, but they have updated it well. The airport shuttle is prompt and constantly running

I was here for only a night, but contrary to other recent reviews, the experience was positive. The hotel was a clean space everywhere. The hotel reception personnel were first-class as I would expect from a hotel which charges guests first-class prices.
Important tip for guests: You should type 2399 Jefferson Davis instead of 2399 Richmond Hwy into GPS to find the place physically. There is some kind of annoying address mix-up on the Hilton website about hotel location.
The on-site restaurant serves surprisingly good hamburgers and thick tasty French Fries.

Excellent service. Nice rooms near Arlington, crystal city, and Reagan Airport.

The staff is amazing! Always checking to make sure everything is ok and very friendly overall. It's nice they have food on site but there is also a lot of food with in walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. They even have a cute place to take photos set up in the lobby.
