Hilton Garden Inn Arlington Shirlington

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. Ben the assistant general manager goes above and beyond to ensure the guests are happy and comfortable. Other members who assisted me with kindness, compassion, and efficiency were Denise at the front desk who always smiles and is eager to help, and Robert the night manager who checked me in and helped me throughout my stay. Ben, Robert, Denise, and even Nico the shuttle driver made my stay memorable. Tho location can’t be beat with restaurants and shops abundant and steps away. Thanks you to the staff!

After a forced landing and just an absolute airport nightmare, the staff at Hilton greeted me with open arms and made my nightmare wash away. The staff at the check in counter went above and beyond. The next morning, the breakfast I got at the hotel restaurant was top notch! Such amazing people and staff at this location! If I ever make it back, I will be staying here for sure!

We conducted a work event here. The hotel staff was excellent at assisting us with all our needs. The conference room we used was a tad small but worked well for what we needed it for. Coffee was provided as well as a complementary room since we booked over 50 rooms total. The location in Shirlington is nice. There is a Harris Teeter across the street as well as numerous restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. The lobby is stylish and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a conference or even for a stay if on vacation in the area.

The hotel is very nice. The folks at the front door are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. The AC doesn't work as well as I'd like, but the air is cold enough. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

It has been a long time since I have had a near perfect stay at a Hilton. Everything was clean, the staff was pleasant, there was no mold in the bathrooms and all toiletries were stocked. I will be staying at this Hilton again.

Great location. Easy access to train and bus service. Plus, hotel shuttle can take you door to door from popular spots. Restaurant is nice too.

I have stayed at a lot of Hilton properties, but have never seen a check-in performed as smoothly and professionally as Emanuel did today. This hotel is also in a very fun location, lots of neat shops and restaurants within walking distance!

Rooms were very nice. Very clean. The staff was both friendly and professional. Only stayed one night. If not for the need to get back home sooner, would have stayed longer.

This is an excellent place to stay. The personnel provided excellent service from the moment we arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle to take us to the hotel. The shuttle drivers (Pete and Jose') which we used a few times during our stay were courteous and helpful. The front desk staff was also very good. The room was large, modern, clean and very quiet. There are many nice restaurants and stores within walking distance of the hotel. It is about a 15 minute ride from Reagan International Airport. It is a great value. It is pet friendly and there is an adjacent park to walk you dog. I recommend this hotel highly.

We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool, but a shower near the pool is needed to encourage people to rinse before getting in the water.

The women's bathroom near the jacuzzi were in need of attention; sticky floors and the garbage container next to the toilet fell out of the wall. Yikes!

Nice hotel; great location. Variety of super close restaurants and stores (including Harris Teeter and CVS), and easy access to 395. Rooms clean and spacious; comfortable bed. Overall, enjoyable stay. Lauren at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Parking cost a downside but don’t try to use nearby free parking garages. No overnight parking in those garages and they will tow.

I absolutely adore this hotel! I've stayed here countless times for work. And the atmosphere never dis appoints.

Antoni and Denise at the front desk provide absolutely top notch customer service. Me and my husband arrived in the middle of the night, absolutely exhausted, not knowing if there were even rooms available.
The hotel had very few vacancies and we weren’t sure we were going to be able to stay - but Antoni was able to get us a room! And Denise was able to extend the trip the next morning. Both were kind, welcoming, and we’re so grateful for their help.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed here for a week while visiting DC. Everything about this place was great. Room was spacious, front desk staff were very nice and the location was perfect. Countless places for grabbing a bite to eat or cold drink, there's even a movie theater, all within a 5 minute walk. We were throughly pleased.

The service was excellent. We were let into our rooms early which we really appreciated. The room was beautiful with a Keurig Coffee Maker for breakfast and the restaurant in the lobby. Plenty of room for people to spread out around the lobby too. The location was 10 minutes from Arlington Cemetery.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Housekeeping puts seal on the door after they finish so that you know no one has entered once cleaned. Great area. It's right in the middle of Arlington's downtown with tons of restaurants and a grocery store. The only negative is that the pool is tiny. I'm very happy we stayed there and will stay here again if when we go back.

Excellent Hilton quality minutes from the National mall. Well appointed small town feel with high quality cafes, restaurants and theaters within a blocks walk of the front door.

Rooms are updated and clean with a mini fridge and microwave for convenience. Parking is included at a parking garage across the street. Has an indoor pool and hot tub open until 10pm.

Great hotel in a great location! The Shirlington neighborhood has so many great restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was very comfortable and the staff was great! The bed was super comfy, the temperature controls worked really well, and the bathroom was well set up. It's also just a really short drive or bus ride into Washington from here.

I travel to DC frequently for work and this is my go to hotel. It’s convenient enough to get downtown while offering great restaurants and bars for after a day of meetings. The hotel itself is always well maintained and the staff very friendly.

Love this hotel, great location, this is the hotel we stay at when we are in town.
