Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Plaza

This hotel was perfect for our long weekend trip to DC. The staff was very nice. Free Breakfast The metro is really close, only about a block or so away. There is a Whole Foods, some restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the hotel. Bike rental station right down the street as well, we biked into DC one evening to see the monuments at night.

Great location! Checking was a breeze! I got an email notification that my room was ready

There were signs in the lobby for cocktails on specific days and times
Room was spacious and clean
Breakfast staff was brilliant
The nicest women ever
The food was fresh and plentiful

Excellent customer service. We visited from Georgia for a concert. We got in around 3am. Parked in a secured parking deck. Breakfast was hot & had great options. We had a nice view from the room overlooking the city. The staff here is so nice & professional. We enjoyed our stay & would stay here again. The rooms are pretty basic. The only complaint was the bed sheets weren’t clean. However they offered us clean ones asap. The hotel is also close to plenty Restaurants & bars.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Plaza for 3 nights for my brother's funeral. It is a very nice hotel in an excellent location for our needs. The room fit us well with 2 double beds and a pull out couch. The view was nothing but the backyards of houses however we weren't there for the view so no problem. There was a bit of awkward in the room and bathroom layout but again, nothing terrible. I only hit my head on the towel rack infront of the toilet twice before I learned my lesson. I must say the free morning breakfast was phenomenal. Plenty of choices both hot and cold, and they all tasted pretty good. I only wished they offered larger coffee cups, but that's a me problem. The staff was excellent. Parking was non-existant outside the hotel. Parking in the garage was extra $$ and was tight and horrible to maneuver around. The front desk offered drinks, soft, alcohol and some pretty good coffee. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Overall a good place to stay while in Arlington, VA.

Exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and pretty. We got a corner room right by the neon sign and I just loved the view. I loved how they had so many windows so the room would just lit up, there was a great amount of sunlight coming in which was great. The only thing I would say is the heat was very loud so I had to turn it off because it disturbed my sleep.
Location: right at the prime location.
Service: we didn’t have any housekeeping during our stay due to our request of privacy but they did have housekeeping everyday, the people was very nice and helpful:)

I've stayed in Hyatt's several times. I've never been disappointed.
The staff here is so nice. We got to our room and only had a king bed. I booked 2 queens. I went back down to let them know. I wasn't bothered at all, simple mistake and yet Cody fixed it immediately and also gave me a complimentary card for free drinks, snacks and a meal for each one of us. That is excellent customer service! Again, I wasn't remotely bothered in the first place. I'm typing this as I'm still here on my last night. The room is comfortable and clean. I'm very picky too. Let's be real, there's no perfect room anywhere but this gets 👍 in my opinion. And last thing, the breakfast staff workers/cooks are so nice and accommodating too!!

Great hotel, very well placed near restaurants, stores, subway station and other places.
Our room was spacious and clean, pretty much what we wanted. The staff was very nice as well, we also enjoyed the morning breakfast each morning before heading out for the day.

Honestly one of the best run hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Wonderful front desk employees, mass deployment of the complimentary breakfast each day, lovely gym, clean facility. My only complaint is low water pressure, which pales in comparison to all the many many ways that this hotel excels.

Very convenient location next to metro for easy travel into DC. The rooms were very nice and very spacious! Breakfast in the morning was good on the French toast days. The waffles were eggos and tasted freezer burnt. That’s the only complaint. Other than that it is a very nice hotel!

Wonderful stay, experience was so easy, check in took maybe 3 minutes total. The rooms are very nice, see photos! Couple of nice touches - light filtering AND blackout room shades, barn style bathroom door, and full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. They're mounted to the wall, I much prefer this to the gazillion mini plastic bottles of bath and hair care. They also have flexible room cleaning, you don't have to have service each day, but you can if you want. I reuse my towels and I don't make much mess and only used the room to sleep, so I didn't need daily cleaning. This hotel is great for any stay, but especially so for business travelers. I highly recommend.

Nice clean large rooms. Nice and helpful staff. Very walkable, clean, modern and quiet neighborhood. Located near a subway stn for an easy ride to downtown DC. Near a CVS and a mini deli grocery for any needs. The area has a very diverse set of restaurants, from Indian, to Thai, to American, to Japanese, a pizzaria and a burger joint.

Everything was great except the breakfast. It's just not very good. That's why I rated service 4 stars. The room was amazing - spacious and very clean.

Beautiful room, super friendly staff, at the desk and behind the bar. Convenient to the greater Arlington and DC area. Private parking off street. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow.. Not recommended for online work and gaming if speed is a prerequisite.

We planned to spend New Year's Eve and Day at relatives in Arlington and decided to stay at this property, centrally located with access to DC as well as restaurants, café and shops in Arlington.

Since we had an early dinner and show, GM Sites graciously allowed us an early check-in even though the property was quite full ( we didn't use our late check-out). Additionally although assigned a King, we did not know microwaves were in 2 beds rooms and at the last moment, her awesome front desk assigned us a room so we could use the microwave.

Really centrally located, with parking right by the side of the hotel (with real spaces), the lobby is spacious and hosts a really great breakfast buffet in the morning. Saw lots of students having a blast with full plates. Food was continuously replenished.

There is small snack counter by the front desk.

With Dunkin and Starbucks right around the corner, what else do you need?

Rooms were spacious with the largest fridges I have seen in other properties. Elevators large and were always quick to get to your floor or parking (you can access rooms from the garage).

If you are driving like us, remember to stop by the side of the hotel, get your keys so you can access the garage and rooms. Great gym.

A gem in Arlington. Kudos to GM Sites and her staff.

This place was super clean and located in a very nice area! Not cheap by any means but I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed in the middle of a long road trip with our 1 year-old and dog. Encountered a problem with our room upon arrival. Lacey at the front desk was empathetic, flexible, and professional - she worked hard to ensure that our accommodations met our needs, which was immensely appreciated. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the neighborhood was lovely. Will visit again!
